Thank you ammar52 for the helps, +1 for you. If my graphics card (XFX Radeon 5450) is not supporting Mac OS, I am ready to buy a new supporting graphics card. Please PM me the expenditure of bootable pendrive, i will send the money in advance. Moreover I don't want it in a hurry, now prepare for your exams. Wishing best of luck in your exams.

:previous: For five different OS ...five different paritions!? ..

Nowdays I use VHDs for win7/win8 & Linux instead of physical partitions. These are just large files mounted as a disk and win7/win8/linux support booting from them.

There's no performance handicap and its easier to backup/restore the whole OS by copying that file (files are big though, but usb3 is fairly quick to copy them)

Androidx86 is just a folder on any partition.

@mickeyforu

i'll suggest u make a vanilla install from iAtkos L2 and then encounter problems one by one...mostly u won't have Full QE/CI (to check whether u have full QE/CI or not..try changing resolution and see whether the top bar is transparent or not!)

Thats what i can say! ..Try it..and make sure u don't lose data...make a backup first..and do this! ...u will erase all ur data on ur hdd once u the disk utility step..

thanks!

if u are okay with flipkart ..then above link has Hp probook 4530 with 6GB ram ..

http://www.flipkart....32-3ef736acc8af

this is 14" probook ...this also works...4GB ram...both have almost identical specs..don't worry! ;)

if i go for Hp probook 4430,is there anything that won't support on running Mac OSX ML? Like FaceTime,App Store,iCloud ,wifi, touchpad, keyboard, usb 3.0, bluetooth, wired Lan etc etc. i am asking this because i don't have much experience in mac osx. hope i can dual boot this with win7/8 & MacOSX.

I know that there arent many hackintosh enthusiasts here but still wondering if anyone attempted

mavericks yet. I have downloaded the 5.3GB and now contemplating to go about it.

as with any hackintosh there are always chances of things going haywire with os upgrade ( not os update.)

Do the clean install on. A new hard -DRIVE. Check whether that works. If u get to installer screen. Then its all win win situation. Though somethings maynot work . Example : sleep

Ps : sleep behavior changed in mavericks. Its not same as ML

I have tried all usual entries at chimera screen. Graphic enabler, pciroot but my screen sleeps before reaching installer ui.

I think it's not supporting my display.

I used a fresh empty hard drive today and removed my Asus en210 graphic card from motherboard.

Then booted with Mavericks installer. Within seconds I reached the installer ui.

But it didn't detect my hdd. I remember I had to push some kexts when I built this first time to recognize my sata drives, don't remember now. But at least there is progress and excitement of first time again.

Still it's a new array of Hope considering today I helped a friend convert his rig into a very very powerful Mac pro. Earlier it wasn't thinkable to get Mac os on amd but now it's quite easy.

I managed to get os x 10.10.1 Yosemite work on a custom machine with Amd phenom II xt1090 six core processor with 16gb ram and ati radeon hd7750 ddr5 1gb graphics card, 1tb sata HDD.
