HTC One - The New Android Flagship

Recommended Posts

Yeah Mate.. U r right !

I have used HTC ONE, GS4, LUMIA 920 and IP5 for long enough and found out that right now GS4 has best camera for normal light situations in any smartphone (apart from 808 off course) . IP5 is close second in normal light alonwith Lumia 920 and HTC ONE is definately the last among these.

Even in low light situations although it fairs better than earlier HTC models, its still lagging behind these models. In low light and indoor shooting Lumia 920 is best hands down. Then comes GS4 and IP5 and HTC ONE is still last here.

Although the pics are clearer they are not detailed enough due to low resolution. If u think the camera is a merit for HTC one for which u should buy it, I suggest u dont. However as Abhi said, its build quality, feel in hand, gorgeous screen and speaker sound is simply unmatched.

One more issue that I noticed with ONE is the low sensitivilty of the capacitive buttons and Sense 5 is not that good as I imagined.. Just my 2 cents !!!

Soon you will have the great hardware construction without sense 5.

Unlike the hefty price Samsung charges for their plastic body.

Google version of htc one is something to look forward.

I really dont get why they have to go with this Ultra-pixel gimmicky camera module.. until they can povide better resolution i.e 8mp atleast or 13mp to my taste.

I am looking forward to the next iteration of ONE with a better camera and rest all same which I think would be Buttetfly 2 .

read at thinkdigit.com that htc one mini is also coming. they also have images.

screen will be 4.3".

never thought that 4.3 size phone will come with a name "mini".

good strategy from as users like me dont want to go above 4.3 size.

Ever since hetal Bhai mentioned in a post earlier the dual sim version coming to India.

Info I have been quite eager.

If the specs given on htc China are to be considered then the best part is being able to use both evdo and hsdpa, one at a time though.

Wow! Best of both worlds in one phone!
No need to buy pure Google version of HTC One separately if you already have HTC Version!
Coming Soon: MoDaCo.SWITCH for the HTC One

MoDaCo.SWITCH for the HTC One is coming soon, allowing you to easily switch between Sense and Google Play edition on your phone, without maintaining two sets of data.
The new concept is demoed in the video below. I'm currently testing the build and looking for any last remaining issues / bugs before I let it loose on you lot in the form of a public Beta!
It will be installed via custom recovery in the usual way and is based on the 2.24 European One ROM (Android 4.2.2) and the shipping Google Play edition ROM. Stay tuned for further updates!
