Motorola Announces Moto G

Recommended Posts

Another great deal for Boost Mobile Moto G CDMA. Just don't rush for buying it if you don't know what you're dealing with. It's not easy to flash/programme as mentioned earlier in topic.

(Should be cheaper after applying Ebay 10% discount code mentioned in Share/request discount coupons topic)

Boost moto g is port locked and Verizon one is open.

But can't read spc from Moto g

I have tried all available apk spc.

Tried all available tools like cw, dfs, radiocomm, etc

Tried logcat

Tried NV items

No method gives u spc

Also ##data And ##program codes are not working

Diagnosis drivers not included even in latest Moto driver pack.

BP tools method works for diag mode, and modded Moto x drivers worked.

By ignorning spc in dfs, was able to read all Nam and data settings, but without spc they cannot be written.

Without spc you cannot flash this phone to reliance.

tapatalking.....

Thanks for the update hitesh.

@Kanaga, there's a $50 off code shared by someone on xda forum and it makes moto g global 8gb price $149. Ideally a duty+shipping estimate of 2500+9600 makes it a good buy if Indian moto g costs more than that. Check if that coupon is available.

Hitesh bhai, since boost gets update and since bootloader working on it and not Verizon, what's your take if I should buy boost paying $30 more? Currently sold at $129 on Amazon with free shipping and little duty, Verizon is $99.

My take will be, dont buy any cdma version of Moto G until we get solution for SPC. (unless its an RUIM version )

There is a rumor that the price of 16GB Moto G is going to be around 18k and 15k for 8GB version... 16GB @ 15k will be more attractive, imho... (And better NOT to sell a 8GB one)

I just talked to flipkart CC. the guy there told me they will launch on 7th.

He claimed that orders will be shipped quickly as they are themself stocking handsets in their warehouse.

Though, he just didn't tell me anything about price :-/

Great Price. No wonder it will sell well and force Galaxy dummies like core, star, style, Grand to be price correct.
