Reliance CDMA Network Problem on Moto G CDMA

Recommended Posts

1. Check whether Evdo is activated from Reliance end.

2. Follow the newbie-friendly guide to do data programming part.

3. Make sure you have correctly flashed the dump file.

You can PM me for any clarifications as I have just completed the whole process. Everything works.

Hitesh helps a lot of us so it must be difficult for him to address everyone's issues. I will try to help you at least check if you have followed the whole procedure correctly.

Hi Hitesh/Shreesh

I am a completely new in programming thing, so kindly be patience while reading this. :) recently i have bought a "Motorola Moto G CDMA (Verizon USA). I have followed the guide written by Hitesh (http://www.rimweb.in/forums/topic/36743-tutorial-how-to-flash-sprint-moto-x-any-moto-g-cdma-to-reliance-cdma/ )completely and somehow i managed it till "picture 35" (slideshow guide). now i am stuck. so my questions are.

(1) What are "DUMP fIles"? and where can i find the DUMP files.

(2) I have shut down the system and restarted the phone, so shell i start the process again or start it from where i left it?

kindly reply.

Always Stay Blessed

Dear Sameet,

Have you registered your MEID with Reliance? If yes then, your Registrar will give you the DUMP file. Once you get the dump file, better you start from beginning. Though I am not expert like Hitesh/Shreesh, but I have programmed several Moto G, and are working flawlessly.

Dump file contains data (internet) parameters for your phone (meid).

We generate this while sending meid for registration with reliance.

But now as registration is closed, we cannot register meid so your phone is useless for reliance (as of now).

Tata is possible with 1X data. Bsnl topic already posted. Don't know about MTS .
