Moto X - Data On/Off option missing

Recommended Posts

Hi,

I stated using Moto X (purchased from one of the forum member) recently.

I checked that there is no On/Off option for Data in this mobile, similerly other moto G/ X phones.

If its in Reliance Network, Data by default On.

in settings * Data Usage >> showing in side link : Auto Sync data option / mobile hotspots

below :

Data usage Cycle >> Date Range showing ... No option to change this Cycle.

Please suggest solution.

@Sandeep it comes when you have 4g sim inside. It has to be 4g sim from any operator.

Not sure, if any sim will work, I had one phone and I inserted 4g sim inside and stock data on/off switch appeared and I have observed that data is more stable when 4g sim is inside.

Yes, inserting 4g SIM inside gives me option for Data On/Off.

I guess any 4g sim will do the job.

Well at least in moto g boost. You have both options for data cycle and on/off button.
