This file is found in system/priv-app. It indicates restricted second call. I have tested a modified one where this lock file is not present. The modified one is here in this link. The mod one seems to have GSM/CDMA capabilities but GSM not tested. The problem is I wish to use Lollipop version. But when I flash my G2 to any version beyond Jellybean, I get one call issue. So its something to do with baseband(radio) and with a lot of research I could get to know that everything works on jellybean radio. But post jellybean, there are issues, on kitkat data doesn't work along with one call issue, on lollipop data works but one call issue is persistent. So I installed CM 12 with jellybean baseband and now its running fine. But I saw many G2s with lollipop running fine, then whats wrong with mine? I have tried everything, but to no avail. Can you suggest something like you suggested for LG Volt where you go and replace some file?
