Any particular reason for taking RGSM connection ? Reliance GSM coverage is poor in general in MH. Ported my RCDMA number to Vodofone after ****ing to Pune as even RCDMA coverage is not good.

I think other carriers also provide free MH-Mumbai-Goa roaming.

R2R free plans, plus Freepaid 395 in Delhi and as i have checked freepaid 396 in Maharashtra , after RCOM ICRA tie-up with tata and Aircel their network coverage has improved in even Delhi-NCR.

Seriously, reliance service really s*cks nowadays! The less said about GSM the better.. Even their Pro3 Wipod hardly works in 30-40% areas, as expected..

Nothing like an Airtel/Voda experience..

Yes. Rcom with tata+Aircel ICRA is quite good in Mum-MH. They're still killing RCDMA bit by bit.

For CDMA, TATA is the carrier to go for Mum+MH. More BTSs than RCDMA in either circle.

If ICRA is available then why No 3g services in Maharashtra by RCOM or Aircel?

I think ICRA is not applicable for Maharashtra & goa circle, its only applicable for Telangana, andra, Karnataka, TN. Because I bought rgsm 3g sim from Mumbai circle and 3g not working in ROM & goa circle in tata Docomo 3g network.

Just went to Pune last month with my Mumbai RGSM number. 3G worked flawlessly on DoCoMo via ICRA. Network needs to be selected manually. It doesn't switch automatically.
