Reliance CDMA Network Upgrade To 4G LTE

Recommended Posts

Till yesterday i couldnt latch to Reliance LTE network, but from today 10 am i am able to. But still no 4G or LTE icon appears on the screen and it shows H+ only.

The 3G speed has definately gone up in my clinic from 1 mbps to 4 mbps since today morning and at my home from 0.06 mbps ( nearly impossible to use the net) to 1.5 mbps today morning. I think that they have removed the capping on the internet speed from today.

But the net  is showing as  H+ and not LTE.

Well, again the Rcom website is showing a timer of 24 hours more....Maybe they will give pure LTE speeds by tomorrow morning. Sincerely assume that some technical integration is going on in the final stages.

Did RCOM rest their 4G launch timer to 24Hrs??

Hahahaha. Typical reliance.

Anyway, glad to hear that I'm not alone in Delhi who cant connect to 4G. Guess it was a test run and they gonna start 4G again very soon.

I think they r testing their countdown timer.

New post paid plans are advertised for reliance 4g customers in website.

4g data charges are same as offered by airtel.

1299 plan indicates 4000 calls & 3gb data

http://www.rcom.co.in/Rcom/personal/4G/

It mentions that
"Reliance is the FIRST service provider to launch commercial 4G services in SUB-1GHz LTE Frequency to give you unmatched speeds and superior connectivity."

So, can we assume it to be 800-850 Mhz ? Our beloved cdma spectrum ? of earlier era.

Its 297 for 1 gb  28 days  40 rs higher than airtel

what a pity  when we used to get the data for 94 rs 1 GB for one month and with cash back it used to be sometimes 84 Rs

Is this really ache din for all of us

Dear, I also faced the same problem, what I did, removed my SIM from current mobile and put it in normal bar phone and after few minutes it got me registered on Reliance 4g network (at least network caption started showing me that :) ).

So is it 10gb on 4g and unlimited 3g or only 10gb 4g and after that chargable ?

Why not. They have paid for this band and they will not leave it unused.

4G or no 4G, biggest surprise is that Rcom is updating website on daily basis.
