@silent_god anytime sir.

Whoever wants to use EV-DO they must change the plan and program it via dfs as suggested by doc.

On each data session ends you will get automatic message from 1001.

E.g. You have consumed 2.23MB.Your free usage remain989.21MB.EXP:2016-06-29.

Friends can anyone guide me how to get meid registered in BSNL.

I have many handsets that i need to register on BSNL Karnataka.

Can anyone give any contacts regarding the same for Bangalore Circle.

With reliance shutting I guess everyone with cdma only handset will switch to BSNL making it bigger and better.

MEID registration is a feature incorporated in the CDMA SOFT of BSNL. The facility is not disabled in their system, rather unknown to everyone because now they don't want to use CDMA SOFT, they do all cdma subscriber data entry in a common intranet named Sancharsoft. Till then you can use RUIMs on sim based handsets.

what about bsnl cdma coverage in bangalore? I have tata cdma sim and now a days using it for data because reliance cdma became worst here(migration started). so I found tata is actually still very good in term of coverage and speed. I am getting Rev B speed upto 5 mbps with good coverage everywhere. only draw back is not unlimited net.

FRC is of Rs 21. You should get this FRC done from the CSC. If it fails means it is not required and the connection is already bundled with 180 days validity. You can go for Rs 51 for 1GB data for 30 days. Or Rs 46 for per sec billing valid for 90 days.

I have done 21 Rs FRC, with an application / website called reload.in & it works.

After reliance RIP we all are orphans without CDMA and Evdo.

I have two activated bsnl cdma NIC sims. Voice is working fine and i am happy abt it. Data is not working.

My handsets are omh sam galaxy pop, Verizon note 2, sprint cdma tab3 (data only no calling), sam gal s4 mini.

Sms sent by cc for internet setting are not reaching me, all othere sms are.

Is it that NIC (network interface card) does not work on handsets?

Only on connection to pc?

Please go through the previous posts. NIC internet is default enabled on the sim card. Make the sim card "pref mobile IP" in MIP tab in DFS. In phones where we can manually enter APNS, can write user=cdma, password = cdma. Otherwise write the same using DFS on the phone. Please mention your location then I can help with EvDo.

For EvDo activation: Only say that I want to change my plan from NIC to EvDo. It will take 24 hours because this process is uploading a new customer data entry into the older CDMA soft of BSNL. The original Sancharsoft entry remains unchanged.

Some BSNL centers take some fees for EvDo 'plan activation' which is permanent and one time, irrespective of sim replacements.

Hello Friends,

I am from pune, I got BSNL sim it is activated . I had opted for 150 plan so my balance was -150.

So did topup of 200 and also done 21 FRC. Now I got balance of 1024 MB data.

But the problem is I can talk but net is not connecting on my ZTE n919d .. No 1x or evdo.

EVDO signal is shown on mobile .

I don't know what to do.

I am stuck. I tried this sim in xccess x500 data card , but i think it does not support bsnl.

Why bsnl cdma is not supported by all cdma cards? strange.

@dr.faramroze can you help in this..

Every BSNL CDMA sim card needs to be made 'Pref mobile IP' using DFS software. For N919 you may additionally require to add APN manually.

I have taken new CDMA Sim for 50/- from Andhra circle Nizamabad. I am to connect to CDMA 1x only on my MTS unlocked ac2766 dongle. EVDO signal is available but I am unable to connect to it. I have contacted BSNL JTO and he said EVDO is by default activated on CDMA sim. Just recharge and use it. Please let me know what to do.
