I have had called up reliance customer care 4-5 times and they always give me the list of 4 such centres and these centres in reality does not provide the service for reliance kyocera phones. My phone has been broken and I can't wait to repair it. Please write back of any authorised or unauthorised centres where I can repiar my PDA. Cheers!
