R Connect Problem

Dear All,

I have LGRD2030 handset.I am having problem while connecting Internet through handset.

I have OS= Windows=windows XP.

Data Cable connected to Port=COM1

After connecting for few seconds it gives message on handset as "PPP Data"

and get disconnect .

I had tried by reinstalling modem also, but its of no use.

Please help me its urgent

our system is under upgradation please never call us again :'( from tech support thats why he is here :grin:

It often happens due to the problem with the RIL Server and not due to handset/hardware fault. I've faced this problem several times mostly at night (between 11:30pm and 2:00am) and wasted hours to restore the connectivity... but everything failed. In the next day, everything worked fine.

in minimum time??? system upgrade ho gaya kya???? :confuse:

The data for R-Connect actually is transmitted as PPP packets... so at times when the server is down / non responsive (mostly when it times out a communication attempt, u get disconnected with the said message)

PS : Someone asked us for help, I do not think that calls for a ridicule, since he is in reliance. He felt that at least we could help him, so respond first and then comment :grin:
