Best Courier Services in India?

Recommended Posts

We often need to send Mobiles and other electrinucs stuffs through courier to our friends and relatives. Most courier companies do not allow sending Mobile phones. Bluedart used to do that, but after the reecent bomb blasts in Mumbai, even they have stopped accepting Mobiles. So, what are the options left with us?

Presently, GATI allow sending cellphones, costs about 275 rupees for national delivery + about rupees 150 towards insurance, which is optional. Do you guys know of other providers allowing electronics, specifically Mobile phones? Also, please mention the price bracket if you know.

PS: I tried to search for a similar thread but didnot find any dedicated one. Sorry if this is just a repeat.

Indian cutoms is wierd. SOme times may charge customs some times do not. Depends on declaration and cost of goods. As per rule, courier packages, even if commercial, attracts 50% customs. For laptops, Its better some one brings it for you.

Seem Bluedart is safest & Fast

Actually the Rates of Bludart are

Min Rs90 till 500gms

500gms to 1kg is Rs171

1Kg to 1.5Kg Rs256

Usse jada kabhi beja nahi isliye malum nahi

there is Apex Packge which charges Rs900 upto 10Kg

Try with Franchisee that direct company outlet
