Arun ji, sometimes double-clicking of mouse causes duplicate threads to be created like one happened today (Link1 and Link2)...Whether it can be avoided using say CAPTCHA or minimum-time-delay between opening two threads?

Just a suggestion...

Very likely that the DNS addresses in your PC is infected.

Find the DNS address used in your PC using command: nslookup rimweb.in

Paste the result here.

here is the what I got after I checked as per your instructions:

Microsoft Windows [Version 6.2.8250]
(c) 2012 Microsoft Corporation. All rights reserved.

C:\Users\MASTER>nslookup rimweb.in
Server: UnKnown
Address: 192.168.100.1

Non-authoritative answer:
Name:	rimweb.in
Address: 174.37.199.170

C:\Users\MASTER>

It seems that I'm getting this page when my internet connection not working properly(other websites also loading slowly), I got same page again, I'll observe little bit more. If you are talking about dns adresses infection that every one on the internet is talking about & advising to check pc's with some of websites like FBI, then I also checked that it said my DNS addresses are not infected & pointing to correct addresses.

Run a full PC scan using an anti-virus software and anti-malware software.

That could be the reason as the virus description says it redirects websites. Make sure it is removed properly: http://blog.teesuppo...or-ja-manually/

Additionally do full scan using antimalware software like Malwarebytes also. Get the PRO version to have real time protection.
