Reliance Roaming In West Indies

Reliance have tied up with Jamaican CDMA Operator Ocean Digital.

So Same CDMA Handset will work over there.

The Announcement was made for the Customer who is willing to go to West Indies for World Cup 2007. Reliance is First CDMA Operator of India to give International Roaming to Jamaican. This Facility is only for Post Paid Users Subject to Deposit. The Same Local Number is accessible over there and NO Number Change have to be made.

The Roaming Rates will be as Follows.

Incoming Internation / And Outgoing

Rs. 48

Outgoing Local Call in West Indies

Rs. 16

These Rates are lowest Amongst all India Operators

Are you sure thats the rate. Usually theres a service provider charge & heft tax added to it. Typically makes the calls around Rs. 90/min

Yes as per Internal Sources Its Very Much Correct Only Tax Attracted is Services Tax.

But If you gonna use this Services. Better U confirm it.

In line with its affirmed policy of offering its multitude customers the best in every segment of the business spectrum, Reliance Communications, India's leading telecom service provider today announced the launch of International roaming with Oceanic Digital, the leading CDMA operator in Jamaica.

With the initiation of this landmark agreement, Reliance Mobile has become the first CDMA operator in India to offer International roaming in Jamaica. Thus, Reliance Mobile will be able to offer roaming facility to all its post paid cricket loving customers traveling to Jamaica for the ICC Cricket World Cup 2007 championship starting on March 13.

With the roaming facility now available, Reliance Mobile customers would be able to stay connected using the same Reliance mobile number both in India and in Jamaica. Reliance Mobile post paid customers can make and receive voice calls whenever they visit Jamaica.
