I have seen in Nokia website that they have introduced new firmware for Nokia 5800 xpress music Edition. Firmware version is 31.0.0.8. My firmware version is 30.0.011. I tried to update my firmware with new firmware Thru OTA or thru OVI software updater, but failed. It is showing that there are no update is available. Whats the problem? Do anyone knows about this?

Also can anybody please tell me how can I manually update my software?

Can anybody will post the settings for Aircel WAP, MMS, GPRS for Karbonn mobile? I have searched rimweb.in but failed to get the required information.

At the same time I have contacted customer care or Aircel, they gave me some informations which I posted below. But it is not working for me. When I tried to use MMS or WAP, mobile phone itself going to restart and sometimes it is showing not connected. Can anybody have any idea?

These are the settings obtained from AIRCEL Customer care:

WAP settings:
