  2. Hello Friends. I have a RGSM prepaid connection which is barred and the reason CC says that I need to re-submit my docs. I am tired of doing the same and this is the 3rd time happening for the same no. When I ask why my docs haven't reached them and w/o my docs being verified how did they activate the connection, they have no proper answer. Also the retailer where I got the connection doesn't have anything to say other than asking to re-submit the docs, upon asking that I will give the same docs then it will be barred again, no answer. I want to know if there is a way to use the balance available on my this no. I don't want to use this no. anymore at the cost of this much hassle. Gurus, Any advise please !
  3. Hi Friends, I am using a RGSM (also named as SMART prepaid connection in W.B Circle) in iPhone 4S. The Issue I am facing is if my phone is off or not reachable, All the callers goes to a voice mail system where in there is no message or nothing , it just charges the caller as any other normal call. I complained to 198 but as expected they dont have any answer, no help recieved, Finally some one is saying that I need to check with my handset service center. This only happens with Reliance GSM, I have used AIRTEL and DOCOMO with the same phone and this doesn't happen. Any idea gurus ??? Thanks.

  6. Hi Friends, Is anyone aware if RGSM provides any unlimited Video call facility, if so , is it available in all the 3G enabled areas ? What are the costs involoved and more importantly does both caller and reciever needs to have this subscription. I see on the RCOM site, they have mentioned about Local onnet 199 and Local + STD 399 pack. Anyone using such features, can you provide some details about this on prepaid and also the quality of the call please. Regards, RJ

    Hi All, First of all I wanted to inform all of you that I am not sure if this kinda topic is allowed in our RIMWEB Forum, please excuse me if its violating any of the Forum policies. I have just moved to UK and willing to go for a new high end phone but here in UK I am finding it much more costlier than India and USA. Any Ideas suggestions if anyone has had this experience and knows where/which is the best place to buy a good unlocked phone, like Nokia N8/ Nexus / Samasung Note / iPhone etc. Point to note here is I am not interested in any contract based connections.     Hey Sankeerth - Were you able to verify this 195 pack ..what it is all about ? I can tell you for 100 % that 39 Rs SMS pack does give you 500 SMS free/day in Roaming/Local/National...be sure. I am using it on my other no.

    Disable UPNP and observe the connection for few days.. (in this duration, I would like to remind u try browsing all the websites u usually do on a daily basis..why becoz lots of sites need this enabled on modem or routers).. if all the sites are working without upnp disabled..then u are all good to keep it disabled.     Hi Friends, Need some help for my BB 8830. And by seeing the nature of this issue, it seems to me that all the smart people here would have already worked out something for this.Kindly help !!! PHONE : 8830 we MEMORY CARD in the phone : 4 GB PROBLEM : Whenever I try to receive any file using bluetooth, it goes to my Device Memory (I have changed my device memory to the max of 15 MB in settings but 15mb size is so very small that now its full and useless for me) . While receiving any file using BT I have tried to use EXPLORE option and set the path to MEMORY CARD but still it goes to my device memory only. And now since my device memory is full, recieving any file, fails...I want to recieve files on my BB using bluetooth to the memory card and not the device memory... Any guidance would be appreciated.   16. I finally received this yesterday theblue tooth is good and am using it without any issues. The mp3 is simply bakwaas. I do see this company shutting shop soon coz i received 2 bluetooth and 2 mp3 for Rs 600. one mp3 has no volume button. so we cant control the sound.the other mp3's, the middle play/stop button is damaged but it still works somehow. I gifted the working one to to maid. cud not think of anyone else to give this **** !!! saving grace are the 2 bluetooths. 300 bucks a pc with a printed price of Rs 999 is not bad : I also got mine last week, BT is so so, the only thing I liked about it the Size. its cool. Performance is SO SO. Mp3 is lying around..haven't tested it..as no interest. Looks Bakwas, its of fluorescent GREEN color.
