Jio sim is now available easily at least here in Mumbai and navi mumbai. They are giving it at all reliance retail outlets like sahkari bhandar or reliance fresh etc. They are also conducting camps in housing society for distribution of sim cards. All these places e kyc is available. They are finding it easier and cost effective. However internet speeds are very less if you don't get band 40. I wish RCOM 4G/3G/2G network and service was as good as their plans. For me, RCOM plans are best , much better than JIO, but their service leaves much to be desired.

Rs. 250/ GB for 4G LTE data and ₹50 /GB for WIFI data, both billed at pulse of 10 kb. -
Rs. 50 /GB is for WiFI Data only. 4G LTE dat awill be billed @ ₹250/ GB after your free usage allowance is over. This plan is another DAPO type plan. RCom CDMA plans were best ever.
