  1. Yes I have declared the correct value. But have not provided proof for it , this despite me telling Sanjay that I am ready to submit proof . no response from them so where to give proof? all I get is the standard reply

    Did u called them on 022-40641090 for the same and asked about the delay ???

    I do call them every next day, and send email too, same stupid answer , "sir stuck in customs , it will be cleared in few days , please bear with us"

    I feel like going to mumbai and kicking the guys at ppobox .

    What I think actually happened is ppobox are collecting duty from us but not paying it fully in the customs dept , and they have been caught .

    Only thing we can do is wait and hope


  2. I had applied for A new connection, the reliance guys come , check feasbility and collect the chq and other required documents. They told me DLC is is 300mts away from my home and its not a problem., they can proivde connection. After 2 days, they tell me its not possible.

    now, the best part : "Sir, company is making a loss, and they are not providing with equipment, copper cables etc., to make new connection. And there is one DLC 100 mts behind my house which is broken, but Company cannot afford to repair it"

    I am left stunned and wondering what is next from rcom......?

  4. I have been using BIGTV for an year now, and its time for renewal. I called up customer services for the same, ( 1800 200 9001), I wanted to renew with BRONZE PACK (Rs.174/- pm) + Ultra Sharp II as addon. (Rs,83/-PM)

    The CC guys tell me i cannot renew with bronze pack, and i have to renew with only SILVER PACK ( Rs.202 /- per month). This is due to i am having BIGTV HD STB. I do not like this a bit. I will have to esclate this matter further.

    Has any one faced this issue when renewing ? Please reply
