So finally TRAI make a move on this matter. Why DoT is not releasing the spectrum to TRAI? Most of the countries are released the spectrum. I hope DoT will answer TRAI's question

Its ok, but until now Govt. not released the spectrum for WiMAX in India for operators.

Here in Bahrain, Govt. allowed IP telephony, so we can call india as much cheaper 2.80 rupees per minutes. Also the second mobile operator - ZAIN a MTC_Vodafone company- introduced a simcard, ezee international, with cheapest calling rates to india and other countries using IP telephony. Now they introduced WiMAX and offering free calls on same network and lower call rates to other networks. Please visit www.bh.zain.com for the details. Why Dot not issuing the spectrum to operators? With WiMAX operators can achieve more customers even in remote areas also where cabling will become more costlier. Actually I'm waiting for WiMAX technology implementing in India

Singh said the fact. Why should Govt is not releasing spectrum for 3G and WiMAX? I'm working in Bahrain and using Zain's Zain@home WiMAX broad band connection. Reliance also quoted for the fixed wireless service in Bahrain, but Zain wins. They are offering a speed upto 2Mbps, but sometimes my connection speed is more than 2Mbps. I think that Zain is acquiring more customers by giving free home equipment including antenna, wireless voip router and a telephone set. It is really nice. We need to pay them only 20 Bahrain Dinar for installation charges. Means 2200 indian rupees. Why should operators in India not implementing this?

Ya Akshat, Rworld is not working with these spice C810 settings. I have posted these settings on Spice C810 discussion group. Rworld is opening, but we can't download anything from rworld. When I search thru google, some letters and buttons are not visible on screen. You will not be able to downola any thing from R world because R world uses JAVA and JAVA based authentication. It have brew browser for downloads, but everytime when I'm trying to connect with that application, it says unable to connect, verify your account. Do you know what the username and password for brew set up for spice handsets? Please help

Dear Friends, Finally I got settings for Rworld on my Spice C-810 from Spice Kerala. But when I choose to download anything, it will not work, a blank screen is coming. Whats the problem? I tried to insert TATA sim and there is no problem to enter TATAZONE. anyway here is the settings: serverip: wapgw.ricinfo.com server port: 8080 server dial:#777 login name: SC810@wap.relianceinfo.com Password: PaEs98nsde Try yourself and inform me what happened.

Dear Kshah, Thanks for your reply. Tomorrow I'll try myself to build an antenna, but I want to purchase an signal booster with internal tranreceiver, so we don't want to plug antenna to the mobile. Is there any store in India to sell these type of repeaters? Surely, ADA will not pay for this. They are looking for their own pocket and giving false information to public that they have covered most of villages in India. Defenity not.

Dear Vijay, Just now I tried myself to download the file and after downloading I checked with Avast Antivirus Professional and McAfee 8 and found no viruses on the executable file. I think once you clicked on the link, the site commincating to the advertisements sites as Mr. Arun's comments. To block these pop up windows, please use yahoo pop-up blocker or any other software and swtich on your windows Firewall. Then I think you dont have any problem with the viruses. Did you downloaded the file? When you noticed that the trojan viruses blocked by McAfee after downloading the file or once you clicked the link? Can you please confirm? Thanks Santhosh

i think it's virus ! Regards Shyam Dear Shyam, It is not a Virus. I uploaded the file to one file sharing site. All Radio is working fine in my office and home computer. It is a free ware, using some banners. But it is not a virus and harm to computer. If you have any more doubts, pls scan the downloaded file before you install it.
