3. Register a SMS for Itemized Bill for the next bills.

It will reduce your tension. For Rs. 850/- you take any legal action you should loss your money & most of the chance is to goto RIM to won legally.

First cool your mind and then considerd about that topic. And don't forget to register the Itemised bill for the next billing cycle.

And registering for Itemized billing by sending SMS 'ITEM Yes' to 3733 also costs you.

  4. Itemised RIM bill for this month of mine reliance phone shows clearly that all calls to Tata-Indicom are still being charged at GSM rates i.e. @1.20

    Bhuppy,

Have u tried confronting with ur RIM bill in hand at a RWW and asking them to make a complaint and draw a waiver on the same?? Want to know if that works!

    21314

Yes I tried this time as well. But as you know RWW guys are dump they connected me to customer care and they started same old 'Full mobility song'.

  5. Well, HDFC has stopped working for me after the no. change! I called CC and they say you have to re register with HDFC ...its upto them. This is utterly idiotic!  I mean they change everybody's number and you have to re register individually?! Besides they are increasing their own work ...thousands of people giving in fresh registrations...!

    18379

Well raccoon, I also holds same opinion for poor HDFC peoples. :)

  6. Let’s hope for best! Consumer court has ordered to pay Rs.10,000 plus Rs.1,000 to complainant, who was able to convince court with the advertisement of smaller pulse duration of another companies including MTNL and TATA Indicom - Navbharat Times report. According to News Item TRAI ordered 60 second pulse in January 2003 and Reliance offered/advertised 15 second pulse well after that.

It appears to me a real pitiable scenario that enhancements, abundance and availability of cheaper communication means has brought people closer though No one is collaborating against the mal-practises practised by communication companies.

Reliance Infocomm, in association with Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation Ltd (IRCTC), launched the much-awaited Railway Ticket Booking service through Reliance IndiaMobile(RIM) in New Delhi today. Honourable Railway Minister Shri Lalu Prasad Yadav inaugurated the service.

Mr. M.N. Chopra, Managing Director, IRCTC, who was present at the inauguration said, "With a view to extend access to a larger customer base, IRCTC sought to implement other means of providing access - those that would be more easily available to customers. With the mobile revolution in India, large numbers of potential customers, who may not have ready access to Internet now have access to mobile phones. IRCTC, therefore, developed a system, whereby mobile service operators could access IRCTC's rail reservation services."

Easy menu-driven navigation of the application on R World makes train ticket booking on RIM the most convenient option anywhere, anytime, bringing online reservations to millions of mobile phones, without the need to look for PCs or Internet connections. Customers can pick their travel destinations, class of travel, intermediary stops, without having to remember train numbers, station codes and reservation codes while booking their rail tickets on this R World application.

"We are proud to be associated with IRCTC in their maiden initiative which offers the most convenient way of booking the train tickets through mobile phones. This facility on R World provides access to millions of new users who have not registered with IRCTC, and allows them to make reservation through RIM. With a customer base of over 8 million users, Reliance Infocomm offers immense potential to this unique initiative from the IRCTC," says Mahesh Prasad, President Applications & Solutions Group, Reliance Infocomm.

R World offers the convenience of PC-like interactivity and easy navigation on mobile handsets, where all train routes and their corresponding train numbers can be accessed. It not only displays both availability and fare in real time, but also offers availability of seats for all 5 days around the desired date of travel. RIM subscribers can use credit cards to book the ticket.

"This service is currently available to RIM customers using colour handsets in New Delhi & NCR. It will progressively be made available even on the black & white handsets and subsequently activated in all other cities in keeping with the rollout plans of IRCTC," added Mr. Prasad.

Since the Java-enabled feature has download speeds of up to 144 kbps, R World applications are quick to download with no restrictions on text matter. The R World applications suite currently has over 100 applications ranging from interactive Guides such as TV programme guides and City Guides, Live News and TV news clips from channels like NDTV, CNBC, Aaj Tak and India TV to contests, Songs, Ring Tones, Cricket Information and women's world.

  8. Hi friends,

I am using RD7130, which provide the facility to monitor outgoing calls under

    Call Settings->Call Duration->Dialled Calls.

Generally I reset the same on the very first day of my new billing cycle. Thus enabling me to check my outgoing calls.

Confirm with your local CDMA phone service centre, whether they have come out with the updated software for your CDMA handset providing the same facility or not.

is there any way we can check the minutes usages under DAPO offer on daily basis or regularly coz whe we recieve the bill it tell u only the summary but no the whole deatil
Rahulmalik_81 if you are interested in detailed bill then you have the option of itemised billing for which Reliance charges Rs.25/= month. To subscribe the same you have to send a SMS at 3733 with ITEM YES.
