Hai do any one of you guy's know the latest software version number for the LG RD7130 model

Iam not able to access "Unbill Info " from R-World > RIM Bill . When I select Unbill Info I get this message " THIS SERVICE NOT AVAILABLE TO YOU . PLEASE CALL *333 TO ENABLE THE SERVICE " . But day before yesterday I was able to access it and get my unbillinfo . but when i tried it today I get that message. My Set : LG RD7130 color set. DO ANY ONE ELSE EXPERIENCED THE SAME PROBLEM I tried resseting the menu but in vain
