If this is the case, then how open market handsets like SPICE D88/C810 & even Chinese ones are working with RELIANCE? It is possible, but these RCOM people, huh......

Even 1 crore will not make any difference to NOKIA.

^^^ Jayant even I faced similar situation. Software upgrade can't solve the problem, and I think Spice ASC can't do more except that.
