Rakesh, this type of attitude is really not new in the corporate world. Though, Reliance really outweighs all the bad stuff happening everywhere. But at the end of the day, u really need to know how to deal with ur employer and where and when shud u be drawing the line! So, move out if u cant accept whats happening or stay in the system and fight back! Dont we all know how our governments function? Why do literate ppl wish to stay away from it? So its similar things, happening at various levels! Jus my two cents...

r2d2, did this phone hang up again for you? I find this phone hanging up once in a while. Otherwise, its a lovely piece. Anyone else facing the same issue? any workarounds?

Does this mean, that if am a BPL subscriber and enter a region where i find only BSNL network available, i shud be able to login to that network and make n recieve calls. BSNL cannot restrict anyone to do that? was it restrictive right now? It made roaming agreements only with MTNL all this while?

from the warranty point of view, its ok to buy that handset, as long as u get a reciept for that handset for the date u bought it on.

reliance buys in stock! i mean, in number of containers. It stocks them all over india and distributes it as and when reqd. The entire price control is in their hands. Even if u see the newer handsets, the box will mention absolete dates! Thats wat is happening, coz they are handling it. The funda is "buy in bulk / cheap" and sell it according to market conditions. With this unique concept of selling handsets along with the connection, they've sustained all this while in the market, after huge investments!!

hmm!! Time to check out Dolphin! Its cheap as well!

u must check wid a new RAM, for sure. I've had a similar issue, and after months of cross-verifying each thing, finally found that it was the RAM, which was the culprit!

Maybe its cumbersome! But a clean format of C Drive, every 6months reduces alot of headaches!! really helps!

My office is at Santacruz as well.. I've managed to get a external booster from RIM for solving that issue And these network issues are with every operator in some or the other area... Hope they work hard on resolving it!

Is it that the member no more exists, ie. has been removed/deleted or did not validate himself. I have been finding the same issue when i send PM to new members, after weeks, if i see that PM in the Sent Folder, i find that the member's name isn't there! freaky, but true!
