    Hi,

    Since morning Reliance network is down. I stay at Powai (Mumbai) I don't know about other areas. But none- RIM, FWP, Land LIne is working. Neither I could make calls nor receive.

    Any body else is experiencing the same problem. I noticed it around 9.00 in the morning. Still not working. Powai webworld closed.

    the problem is still there.sometimes i can see the rimweb sign in the address bar but the page does not load up. i have tried it in opera too.

    Even I had this problem of rimweb page not lodding. Last week I could not log in for three days continuously from my my PC and I am using MTNL TRIband. Around two or three months before same problem arised. I used different browsers like IE7, Mozilla, Netscape and even Realplayer. All without success. But when I logged in again nobody seems to have any problem. I thought may be something to do with my machine. But now I got a new dual core machine with 1 gb and I realised that It was not my machines fault. I assumed that this may be something to do with MTNL broadband. Are they bocking the site?

    I think Reliance Roaming pack is much cheaper than any other operator. TATA gives 500 mins roaming incoming calls for a Rental of Rs.349.

    I do agree with him. It was TATA cheaper with 150 free incoming pack. As they have stopped that package, RIM's 99 package is better. i.e. 30 pasie per minute for incoming. I frequently use this and found it quite satisfying.

    hI,

    Although we discuss about other mobile and landline operators in different threads why can't we have a section for other operators. Most of us have have mobiles and landlines of other operators also. Not at all a bad idea. Arun and his team should seriously give a thought to it.

    one vendor in pune offered to give it at 10900 but said since he was out of stock, i could call him after a week.

    Is this handset availiable at Mumbai at this price? Last month I visited many shops, most of them were WWs, they refused to sell it to me for not less than 12,300. At last I bought 2865 for 7,300. I am again hunt for another hand set for my friend. Can anyone guide me?

    Hi,

    I feel generally Reliance give the public no idea about their plans though their website by not updating it regularly. Users other than our forum hardly come to know about the advantages and the new plans. They just carry on with their old frustrating plans due to absence of proper publicity or information. What ever information provided through their web sites are outdated and many of them are not availiable. Web Worlds are the worst places if you go for any kind of information & help. They strait away refuse to co-operate. Customer care many times helpful but not easily accessible to all.

    I totally agree that Reliance try confuse their plans and schemes and confuse with all kinds of e-rechages without giving the details in the web page. Why can't they put defenition of all these e - recharges to the public so we can decide which one to recharge.

    Recently I went for One year recharge i.e. 699. But the web world fellow says that this e-recharge is no more there but in its place another e-recharge 777 is there with one year validity with more talk time. (anybody has any idea about this e recharge?).

    Even PSUs MTNL & BSNL updates their websites regularly and gives information about any new scheme introduced without much delay. Why a private company can't do it?

    Man MTNL should wake up and reward their subscribers! Unlimited for Rs.99 extra, thats best one can ask for!

    Too good, private operators offering landline services like Reliance/Tata will surely get a kick on their A**! :NOTriste:

    At least MTNL should offer some CUG plans if they cannot give totally unlimited. I use reliance FWP just because of CUG plans.

    Its just way of bullying. They are already giving CUG at monthly rent of 25 where the OG ia totally free between 2 nos. So where this 10 ps thing comes?

    This CUG is only in Gujarat Circle or all India? I am interested to know whether it is there in Mumbai or not? What are the conditions for it? Is only between 2 post paid connections or any number of connections? With prepaid connection, is it possible? I am interested to know.

    when i try to e-recharge my rim phone its saying its a not valid reliance number. but i can recharge using recharge vouchers. can anyone tell me how to solve this problem
