Just one more question. Is the scanner independent of printer i.e. Will the scanner still work if say printer part has some issue?

How can they call a plan "broadband" if the speed after FUP (fair usage policy) limit is 256 Kbps? As per TRAI definition the minimum speed for broadband is 512 Kbps (from Jan 1, 2011). Thanks for sharing.

Rajan Bhai,
1) Where did you buy it? Online or from the market.
2) Does it take refilled cartridge? I know you said original cartridge is relatively cheap. Still would like to know.

I am currently on postpaid770 RCDMA-RCDMA unlimited STD plan and am looking for a cheaper tariff. Will this plan be beneficial for me, I use RCDMA primarily for STD. Though the prepaid details for this are clear, confused by what are the tariff options for postpaid.
Guess you can take your average usage for last 6 months and do a simple calculation with the new tariff plan and postpaid 770 plan. Go for whichever works out cheaper. I am currently on Reliance 440 (free on-net) plan and nothing beats this plan in terms of peace of mind.

Nokia probably does not want to adopt Android for fear of loosing control of whole mobile echosystem. Somebody else dictating the software and Nokia being just a dumb hardware assembler. But then the recent rumours of Nokia coming out with Windows 7 phones does not make sense and also gives us hope to see Android on Nokia.
Build quality of Nokia handsets is great. They are like cockroaches and just don't die. If they do decide to come out with Android phones, it will be be beneficial to both Android and Nokia. It can take the Android to next level and can beat iOS for good. Hope better sense prevails on Nokia.

Why do you think so?

Definitely will help people who are less savvy at the cost of slight inconvenience . A very good move.

I still have some hopes from Tata +Aircel to lower the prices. Only these guys can break the cartel of Big 3. BSNL with their PAN India network and 2 year lead could have done wonders, Only if it is managed better. Sigh!!

I like canon too. Biggest advantage of LX5 over the S95 is that LX5 has 24mm lens. S95 starts at 28mm. If i can convince myself to compromise on that, I will go for Canon.

Great work Kamal Bhai. Keep up the good work.

I am using Norton Internet Security and pretty happy with it. Norton is not slow and bloated as it used to be. I have used Microsoft Security Essentials in the past and found it to be very effective.

Thanks for explaining.

How is this camera compared to Canon S95 and Pansonic DMC-LX5. The reason i ask this is because i am also looking for a good quality Point and Shoot. just wondering what was your criteria to select this camera. S95 and LX5 are also similarly priced but not sure if available in India.
Here is a very detailed comparison of LX5 vs S95 and Nikon P7000.
David Pogue liked S95 so much that he wrote a love letter to this camera
