dont go for china phones....instead buy phone from rimweb techies or buy some spice phones...but china phones are serious no no....they can never be trusted....might be working at the time of purchase but on constant use will surely get bad and not work properly... SO BEWARE OF CHINA PHONES!!!

I think butler is better....too many softwares slows the phone to a large extent....

Hey, I have heard through this forum that Tata Indicom accepts foreign Handsets... I have some of my cousins coming from US... So can any CDMA handset be used with TATA INDICOM... Plz clarify... AND can IPHONE brought from there be unlocked in India an used in any other GSM networks...bcoz the iphone available here is ridiculously overpriced... Plz guide me...

for cdma handsets just as kshah mentioned it can b made to work on tata if u know spc .... for iphone if u r considering iphone first generation than yes u can unlock it ....as far as iphone 3g goes no unlocking solution is yet available for it......but the news is that iphone dev team has almost rigged the baseband so the unlocking solution will b out anytime soon ....so if u want u can get it .... so if i get an iphone 2G it will be easily be unlocked but not the iphone 3G right???....and can anyone plz tell me where can i get a turbo sim...

..just copy the KG to your desktop ....on your desktop go to start /run and type cmd ....then your dos window will open up ....type cd desktop.....then type bod2....then ur KG will open up ...just put in your hot sync id and you r done if it still doent work give me your hot sync id n i will generate the code for you done thanks.....

lightwave is an excellent software but my system crashed while using it....could not receive calls.. i think phone technician is a better bet...its stable and works good....but i miss the full screen caller id feature of lighwave....

these cdma manufacturers dont understand the indian cdma market... they still think indian cdma users are only willing to spend for cheap handsets ie priced below rs 5000/- they think that cdma users in india are not stylish..... GROW UP COMPANIES...WE DESERVE SOMETHING ADVANCED....

chrome has a minimalist interface but when u view other browsers in full screen it is the same.....chrome also does not support some of the websites and it is very slow sometimes... i think chrome needs a bit of tweaking to be done before functioning perfectly....

the latest version of butler is really very good.... it helps with a lot of things... u can have an iphone style keygaurd unlock.... u can set LEDs as per ur liking etc....my phone flashes slow orange light in standby and flash fast green on miss calls or wen there is an incoming call.... it even alerts at set intervals for missed calls or unread messeages.... pretty cool....

as dhirajbhai menitoned there is a new rom version available on palm site...it says version 1.07 while on my phone it says 1.04... now if i upgrade it to 1.07 will i lose my reliance settings??? and wat file i need to install from the whole archive??? Thnk u....
