Hyderabad . From 25 th or 26 th april 2016 they are upgrading to true 4g as per reliance mobile store people. From 23 rd april 2016 they will issue reliance 4g sims only for existing reliance cdma people

1. poor signal quality in stb
2. stb is getting restarted automatically- software problem

i gave a service request on sept 4 th and cc told within 48 hours your problem will be sloved. today is sept 15 th and there is no solution for the request. i called the cc more than 25 times . but in site of big tv will claim that they will slove the problem within 48 hours. this is fate of reliance big tv
