Hi friends I have taken new prepaid docomo on saturday for Rs.100 for life time and Rs.51 talk time To my surprise there is not a single signal bar at in my home .even if I come out also there is only 1 or 2 signal bars and with that calls are not getting connected.I was trying to connect to customer care from other locations for 2 days , CC is always busy, i tried for more than 100 times.Finally i spoke to CC today and gave complain about network problem.CC has informed they will look into it in 24 hrs.I will see how they respond cheers Ramesh hyderabad

Hi nitin yours is the first feedback on this model and thanks for that. can you please provide following information. 1.What is the battery back up? when using multimedia aand without multimedia 2.how is the camera quality when compared to other brands of same megapixel? Is zoom available in full resolution 1200X 1600 3.Can we view images taken or loaded from pc in landscape mode and zoom in possible ? 4.What is the max resolution possible in video recording (Is it 320X240 or less).Zoom in possible while video recording ? 5.How is the music player quality? in handsfree and on speaker ? can we change tracks using button on hands free ? 6.How is FM quality and reception ?recording quality.Can we change fm stations using button on handsfree ? 7.Most important is can we use phone for call and multimeda with slider closed or is it compulsory to open slider to take call or other features. 8.How is wap browser .Is it fast and can we open most of the sites and downloads possible( not throuh Rworld).Can we install opera browser? 9.In document viewer what type of document it is supporting? 10.One important point is it working well with 4gb memory card.any problems like hangin restarting.How fast phone is responding while openging files from card.? Please provide all the information so that it helps all the members to decide whether their requiremts are met and should go with it or wait for some other phone. thanks in advnce ramesh

I fully sympathise with you dear friend.. But maybe your compensation amount made the court think that ur trying to loot Nokia. (Rs.11750 handset cost + Rs25000/-for mental agony+Rs.50000/-for loss of business+ Rs.10000 court expenses) Probably the court might have asked you to justify such amounts on every front.. Anyways, but u still got a raw deal.. Members is there any 'Higher Consumer Court' thing? I had all solid proofs.Job sheets, email copy the number of time s I have sent and how many times they neglected my mail. They didnt even reply to legal notice for a long time.Case has been postponed many times because their lawyer didnt turn up. Court has ordered for court fee as Rs.2000.Now which lawer takes up case for damn 2000 Rs. I paid 5000Rupees for lawyer. my personal visit for 25 times.Some I had travel 30km+30km to attend the court.one litre petrol each time X25 times equals 1250Rupees Some times I had to take leave whole day to attend the court around 6 times. 6 X 950Rupees (5700rupees) + other huge incentives. and I missed order closing calls i.ee direct business of around 50000 rupees. and I suffered my personal business also Now can mere 2000rupees compensation is justified. My intetioned was not to loot Nokia.but such companies should be penalised heavily for harassing customers so that they will not do in future and They need not pay penalised amount to customer but same amount should be deposited to Govt. treasury and used for development purpose. If customers experience like this with consumer forums.Will any one go for cosumer forum and waste their precious time and money for no gain. Finally can anyone think, JUST FINING RS.2000 WILL EFFECT AND MAKE DIFFERENCE TO NOKIA.

Any one using these handsets please post reviews.I want to purchase .How is battery back up in m569.Is 880mah suffient.It is mentioned 4.2hours talk time.In nokia 6275 with 1070mah battery gives 3-3.5 hours.Is it possible 4.2hours with just 880mah in samsung mpower 569 pls post revieews

Friends . my feed back regarding few brands i used and know. I have used more than ten models of LG reliance handsets. after sales service of LG is superb.First of all Handsets quality is better than nokia.I faced problem with only two handsets.LG5130 with keypad problem.and lg2030. But surprisingly .LG service centre never took more than 2 hours for servicing .Only once they have taken 1 day for mother board replacement of LG 2030 in 2003.believe me after that it is still working.I had to sell it off because now battery has drained completely after 6 years.VERY solid phone. Coming to samsung I have samsung Television bought 3and half years ago but till now not a single problem.one of my cousin is using samsung max for reliance .but he has to charge it twice a day.Seems battery poor. Nokia : Believe me I never purchase nokia phone in rest of my life and advice others to stay away from nokia. I bought new 6275 handset and in the box itself battery was defective. Nokia service centre took one month for replacement. Again so many problems. Visited more than 10 times and gave more than 7 times for serviceing in 6 months .Phone was lying more with nokia service centre than with me. Every time I give with a problem .they solve the problem and create new problem.They dont how to service .Even road side servie shops are better than NOkia service. Fly : I am using spice D88n with reliance and airtel. for more than 8 months .recently problem with speaker.Went to spice service centre in ameerpet.THEY REPLACED THE SPEAKER IN LESS THAN TWO HOURS.and till now working fine with out any problem.Spice has good service. ZTE.: I am using ZTE mg880 Datacard with reliance.I had prblem of less speed.Within a 10 day I contacted ZTE service centre there it worked fine.I told him that in my area coverage is low its signal reception capacity is less compared to other mobilse. service cetre manager understood my problem and He immediately replaced the datacard with a new box. EXCELLENT SERVICE OF ZTE

Dear friends, Huge shock for me, my case in consumer forum is now over.After one year fight with nokia in consumer court AND atleat 25 visits to consumer court. it is finally over. Now the shock is order .Court directed the NOKIA to either Repair or replace and reimburse court expenses of Rs.2000(Two thousand rupees only).(I prayed for Rs.11750 handset cost + Rs25000/-for mental agony+Rs.50000/-for loss of business+ Rs.10000 court expenses) Court did not order Nokia to pay any damages nor it did penalize and no court expenses .This is shocking .How come consumer court even support fraud MNC company. I invested Rs.11,750 on march 2007 believe me I used for only 3 months.LAwyer fee Rs.5000/- and I gave 6times within warranty to nokia care. I am fighting in Consumer court since Dec 2008 and visited more than 25times.you can imagine my loss and expenditure. After exactly one year of fight What i am getting is same stupid handset repaired( because I am sure nokia will not give replacement) and just Rs.2000 for expenses. I didnot even get court expenses (Rs 5000). Shame on Indian judicial system.I never again dare to go to consumer court in my life.Lost faith in judicial system.Despite all jobsheets,emails and solid proofs consumer court failed to do justice to consumer. but it says JAGO GRAHAK JAGO. BUT I SAY JAGO CONSUMER COURT JAGO!!!!!!!!

Be aware of nokia, It adapts all possible method to cheat customers. I purchased nokia 6275 from reliance webworld.after some time it developed problem ,i gave it nokia service centre.It repaird and returned.But problems developed again and again many times. When I asked nokia care to replace it .They told it is not possible. I contacted Nokia customer care via phone and email. Surprisingly nokia care told Reliance webworld is not their authorised reseller or dealer, so they cannot provide warranty. One more strange point is nokia officials told that Nokia is not responsible for the handsets given for servicing at Nokia care centre. This message has come from Nokia's LEGAL Department. Nokia does only minor repair when time comes for major repair or replacement.I Tries to avoid by stating above or avoids by telling that handset is water logged or repaired by cutomer himself. No 1 finland company NOKIA Shame on it. Be aware and think twice before purchaseing nokia phone.if you do so it is similar to purchaseing cheap chinese handset without warranty but triple the price.

Dear friends Can you please provide information about different types of browsers in mobile handsets like html, xhtml, wap browsers, SSL. most of the nokia phones have xhtml browsers. -some browsers might support more wapsites and some less. -some browsers reformat the page to fit in the respective phone display. Why I am asking above things is , earlier i used nokia 6275 in which i could use more sites in mobile form and classic form and even google maps also ,checking almost all mails and replying mails. now i recently bought spice d88n and when tried to open pages or check mails, It showing page cannot be reformatted to your phone and hence cannot be displayed . And i am feeling like no browser in my mobile. by knowing browser information will help to buy correct handset please reply

Hi I hava recently bought LGRD6100 With VGA Camera and FM.Camera quality is very poor. Can any one tell that images captured can be transferred to PC/laptop and how. Thanks in advance

I spoke to reliance CC guy.He was telling that datacable supports only syncronisation for phonebook only ,it doesnot support transfer of photos. if this is the case what is the use of camera and investing rupees 2700 for damn peice. Or CC is giving wrong information. Please someone using LG6100 check this and reply Thanks

I bought nokia 6275 from reliance webstores.when I opened box battery was defective .nokia care took one month to replace the battery.again within a month key pad problem , again charging prblem, again software problem.Gave several times to nokiacare.Instead of solving they created new problems every time and finaly made my phone a dead phone.This all happened in just few months after purchaseing.When i finally asked them to replace with new phone after so many phone calls and email , they sent same old phone repaired and told same as replacement. Nokia thinks consumers are fools,what ever they say people will accept. Finally i went to consumer forum on decemer 2007.Hey friends nokia didnt even respond to court notice.when court sent second notice .nokia called me over phone and asked me to colloct new box from nokia care. I asked them court karcha (for lawyer-5000 rupees )tera baap thega kya. since than case chalta raha for 9 months, expected to take more couple of months.So one full year consumer has to fight. Hey friends i want to share one more point.one of my friend files case in forum and won the case. Even if we win after one year we will lose. How see the calculations( these are my friends case) cost of handset -Rs.11750 bought. after winning the case court will either order company to replace the phone with new phone or refund with interest. it will order to pay compensation of around 3000-5000.Courst expenses of Rs .1000 By this time cost of the same model comes down to Rs.8,500.and definetly company will not refund but replaces the handset(because court gives option to company and not to consumer most of the times) now see the calculation ; Nokia loses : preset price of handset : Rs.8500+4000(compnesation average) + 1000(court expenses)=Rs.13500 Nokia gains :Rs.11750(intial purchase)+6000(interest for nearly 1 1/2 year on 11750) = 17500 Consumer loses :11750( initial purchase)6000(interest )+5000(lawer fee)+10,000(he has to visit atleast 20times spending atleast half day and travelling expenses and opportunity cost of spent time,however actuals will be much more than this) Total Rs 26,500. Consumer gains( only if he wins the case) : cost of replaced handset Rs8500+ compensation Rs4000 + court expenses Rs.1000 Total Rs.13500. so looking at above calculations consumer loses Rs13000 and whole one year.and fighting case is also we have to undergo tension always. and nokia company has its dedicated lawers for fighting cases and if loses the case fine which it pays is very minimum and doesnt effect much so they never change unless indian laws change. I dont want dissoppoint forum members but myself is involved and just want dear freinds to be prepared for every thing.

Friends I had so many discussions with Rel WW and customer care but there is no improvment in coverage.Problem is not with Datacard because it is working well in coverage area, this i am sure.I heard of putting external antenna to datacard MG880.Can any body help me .

I am trying with netbooster software for one year updated from website .It rarely works and speed is better without software. HI Guys can any one answer to my original questions.

I tried netbooster also there is no difference, sometimes it is better without netbooster.

Good news for you, Reliance has launched spice C810 so it can give settings.you can try with spice service centre or relince

Dear friend can we change or update d firmware? Till date patch for updating the filmware is not available . I have search it on web, if anyone got it then kindly update it here. I have same problem , I have MG880 modem which progammed , which has RUIM slot but disabled , Can any one help me to convert it to support RUIM card. Tata USB modem is RUIM enabled .I dont know Why reliance provides half features but full charges. guyz please help
