  1. Sprint Galaxy Tab 7" gives this annoying sound continuously after latching to network. No matter what I do, it keeps on ringing.

Tried to disable from feature/sounds thru cw 2.7, doesn't beep for a while but as soon as it changes the tower (I feel so) it starts ringing again.

Could someone tell me a way out? Would be a great help indeed.

  2. @ Parin ji, yea I know I can use 3vo on tata both ways. CC of tata is 1000 times better than Reliance. NTT docomo alone has 75% of total customers in Japan. Ratan Tata's brains work much more than any other Indian. He join hands with the best. Whether it be tata Sky, Tata Docomo, Tata Marcopolo, etc. Tata can never fail but can only improve.

My 2 friends bought Swift diesel's previous model and 1 bought the Dzire Diesel, and all 3 cars have started to shake, rattle and roll within 2-3 years of ownership. Suzuki's cars in India are 'over-hyped' as they were able to garner the maximum market share and dealerships when no competition existed and they are ruling on their past laurels. Use a Toyota for a few years and I will guarantee you that you will never go back to any Suzuki.

My relative used to study in Gurgaon and lives in Delhi, means up and down daily, mileage was around 70k, no issues faced whatsoever. Maybe his was a rare case.

  4. Batteries for me can never be an alternative of fuel for cars atleast!

No one is patient enough to halt of 25 mins (Minimum as told above) after every 80 Kms.

I've seen cars running solely on vegetable oil on Discovery Turbo, now that according to me is a hard core solution if we can find cheaper way of producing vegetable oil.

  5. CNG too being expensive day by day. I was told, In Delhi, 18 Rs. price hike in 10 months for CNG.

Its either govt. who should re-regulate petrol and subsidise again or the best option is to shift to a diesel car, at least in India!

Diesel being lifeline for farmers will never be too expensive and adding on to that, it gives a better mileage.

Humans are yet to utilize the maximum power of diesel, diesel is a lot more powerful fuel than petrol!

    He already highlighted your Qs.

I get around 14-15 in city with my fiesta which is really good actually. Figo is much more comfy both for driver and passenger.

Swift no doubt is a good hatchback though braking even with ABS worries me always.

New swift isnt powered by Fiat's engine but now VW technology comes in. I wish you could stretch your budget for the Polo!
