There are serious issues with Tata OTA these days, its very common now a days. If you need to change the handset/UIM, raise a service request from tata hub and ask them to do it non-ota!

whatever it will be.. can never be compared to 1080i broadcasting.
Channels which are true hd got 5.1 audio which is not available in sd media.
what I mean here is, you cannot improve the original, but can only worsen it.

well the thing is i purchased a meid based fascinate from here at RIMWEB , but the thing is in that handset the number gets barred or the call disconnects after 3 seconds.
the reason i was told was that , corporate number may have diff security measures adopted so they may not be compatible with imported handsets .
in that case i am left with only Indian MEID or OMH based handsets.
i am asking this thing just out of sheer compulsion TBH .

Your issue is not the corporate connection but the wrong A-KEY in phone.
