Please suggest a good cdma handset, i have a lots of group sms to send and need a big battery because he phone is contiuously in use for long business phone calls. currently using samsung dual sim but its very slow when it comes to searching phone book or typing text.

hey what about the battery type? how much talk time do we get? because the main problems with cdma is that the battery drains too fast.

all operators can match calling rates of reliance but the amazing thing about reliance is the sms rates, i.e. 1paise or 15000sms for 25/-. the only reason anyone would like to skip reliance cdma is the handset quality-absolutely hopeless, no good chioce, drains the battery within hours. A bit confused if reliance gsm has improved, heard a lot of problems about its network, any latest news??

i think other operators shall need to join the kitty of free sms packs or else reliance shall race ahead. The only drawback is cdma handsets or else reliance rocks.

is there any gsm operator other then reliance offering bulk sms pack similar to reliance cdma offer of 1p/sms and 15000sms for 25/-

no, the samsung phone has group sms feature in which while sending sms to recepient in group you have to select number of each recepient, but it certainly dosent has a distribution list because i also have samsung muzik. LG does offer 5 sms list but the best is nokia where i have tried using upto 17 distribution list of 10 recepients each. But unfortunately nokia is not making cdma phones anymore, hence facing the problem.

Does any cdma mobile phone, other than nokia has facility of distribution list to send sms. It is very easy to send bulk sms this way.
