Even I got my RIM connection in March last year. But no gifts yet. Just an SMS stating thank you...blah..blah... Lets see what these Karnataka (my circle) ppl come out with; if at all they do. But, I think the RIM facilities have improved 1000 fold compared to what it was in March.

Hello, I cant rave enough about this forum. It is very good and you will get most of your questions and queries answered here. This is much much much better than the Reliance Call Center. Well... how did I find this forum? I was searching for some information on Google (as usual, wasnt able to get information from the call center) and there was a link to one of the posts on this forum. After seeing this forum (tasting blood), I just had to register myself here. Hope this helps.

Hello. I tried cleaning the metal part of my mobile and the problem did get solved. Thanks. And I do agree about using Deo for cleaning. I guess, for that matter, we can use any mild alcohol based mixture to clean the plates. Thanks a lot forum. You are the best.

Thanks for all the responses. I had purchased the mobile long back and now I am out of the 1 year warranty. For now, lemme try cleaning the metal part of the mobile and the charger. Lets hope it works fine. Will respond back with my experiment. Nice forum though. Thanks, Rajat

Hello All, I have the reliance handset LG-RD2030. Initially the charger was working fine. Now, whenever I put my mobile on charger, mostly I get blinking red light on my charger. In this mode, the charger does not work and the mobile does not get charged. I get a continuos red light only after some manipulation in the position of the mobile on the charger. Please advise me why is this happening and how should I get this rectified. It is really a pain to check the correct position on which the mobile would get charged. Please help me. Thanks, Rajat
