For me opera mini lower than 3 including mod is not working.has anybody observed this?

My dear friend search the forum.you will find your answer.both pre paid as well as post paid plans have been discussed.if you in through carefully your can understand.there is no separate mobile internet data plan for pre or post paid.the default plan is active for all unless and untill one subscriber to a plan.in the fadatju plan only pworld browsing is allowed.you cann't browse any 3re party site.

I have never faced any problem in browsing with opera mini.of course downloading has been blocked.other opera user friends,are you able to download anything using opera/opera mini?

In my case also problems have been resolved,albeit with some delay sometimar.but my only complain is that the cc people doom't know anything about what i ask for and these instances are more often than not.they give the same reply,the system is slow or is under upgradbuion or simply there is nothing like that in their system.

Here in ORISSA cc people don't even know what mobile internet plan is.even after explaining to them they tell only about r connect plans.they even don't know that some phones have got inbuilt browsers.i am still not sure about the network usage charge in mobile internet plan.if one is opting for a data plan,one has to say the rental.then why the network usage charge?it should be free for those who opt a plan and should be charged to those who do not go for any plan.otherwise the effective charge per mb becomes atleast Rs7 per mb or Rs700 per 100mb/month.don't you all think it is very high?please comment..

If it is true then IT'S a great news for cdma users.finally a nokia s60 business device is going to see the light of the day.if one comes,more will definitely follow.

Now a days,actually starting from this month,details of rworld browsing is provided in itemised bill.even one can find detail of data upload and download with date and time.

This is another instance of reliance people blatantly trying to twist the laws to suit them.time and again they have been doing this.they can go to any extent to get things done.

@ ajit and tanvir Do you find any increase in your unbilled usage?if yes then to what extent?please update.

Is anybody able to browse using opera mini without being in any plan?

Is it certain that reliance gsm will beat everybody else including IT'S own cdma in terms of quality as well as tariff?of course it will give tough dooretivimo to all others,but the same is also true for the other new upcoming players as well.with competition intuini up every operator will have to streamline IT'S service or vanish.so lat's wait and watch.of course this is my personal opinion,which will definitely evas from person to person.

3G will be for data,not for voice calls.so the data speed will be more or less equal for all operators.the only differentiating factor will be the pricing and also the quality of voice calls.many new players are also coming soon with both latest cdma as well as gsm technology.let the competition hot up.so let's wait and watch.

Really IT'S a good note by TRAI.considering the call drops and also for usage of shorter than a full minute people have to pay more and the extra money goes to the operator's pocket.this must be stopped and charging per second is a very good move.this should be implemented as soon as possible.

Although the network coverage of airtel is a little better at present in ORISSA,IT'S tarif plans are limited and very costly.tata coverage is not that wifespread.otherwise it has got a couple of good voice plansso i remain with reliance till i get a better deal..

That's rightly said.IT'S not feasible for them to ammunicate any price hike instantly.but nobody is stopping them from notifying such thing beforehand as they inform us about new offers through sms.even we are flooded with such annoying msgs and ultimately have to registered for DNC. You have rightly said that we should compare all operators before switching operator.distant hills always look beautiful.but how to know the charges to compare?so i request all members to post the mobile internet charges of different operators which they know or have used so that all members will be able to know what is what.IT'S not allways possible to find the required information from their web sites.
