I am facing a strange problem.
I have a S3 Us celluar with data working, running 4.1.2 stock with PRL showing 5. I inserted that sim in MTA blaze to test the EVDO. It was working.
After that, I put the sim back in S3, data stopped working (voice is working).
Any ideas? same sim is still working in MTS Blaze

i have a stellar. I am facing problem in it.
Android 4.0.4
I am getting signal but no one can call me nor I can make a call.
I can reset/flash.
I even did
*#22745927, enable menu##786#, select resetI doubt it reset though. It is possible that I might have messed up some settings.Please help me restore data and voice. -

since u can connect laptop,
when it is connected to wifi,
goto Control Panel\Network and Internet\Network Connections
IPv4 Address: 192.168.1.1IPv4 Default Gateway:IPv4 DNS Servers:then use some app like thisand create a profile. add above entry.for IPv4 Address, change last number to say 30for example, 192.168.1.30activate this profile and try connecting again.change to dynamic ip when u are using different wifi.-

No. Try assigning static ip and check if it works.
I did a reservation in my router or u can assign a static ip towards the end of your router dhcp range
It is an known issue with nexus series. google it !

Problem is, evdo is activated but I rarely get speed greater than 0.3mbps. I am using 94 plan and S3.

Please suggest Samsung mobile which works with gsm as well cdma (reliance only needed)I will be using only one network at a time. (all voice/data/message should work, so that I can MNP b/w gsm/cdma if required)

I am using burst without any problem. i m just using GB + root+ frozen AT&T apps.
You will get good battery life (1.5 days) in 2G (if u keep lte/3g on --it will search and waste u battery)
since 1 or 1.5 days is low as per non smartphone users, they are complaining.

I am being charged more for calls despite a recharge of 58 to have 1/2 paisa/sec calls.

I have contacted serveral times Aritel Customer care but they are
unable to find the reason why my plan keeps changing automatically.
They told me the plan associated with my number, keeps changing
automatically for reason they don't know.
I have contacted customer care, their supervisor, nodal officer,etc. It's already over 1 week !!
Since they took 58 but are not complying with what they promised, what should I do?
Should I take them to consumer court?

In karnataka, they have this plan.
Major advt is in roaming - incoming/outgoing to any network is also free--unlimited (as long as u r in their network)
unlimited sms in roaming also free !
add 50 -- get 2gb gprs free per month (some small 3g plan is also there)
afaik--no one gives such a plan.
but getting their network signal is pain in the a..
