    I received Boost Moto E XT1526. Disabled OTA app with De-bloater tool. Phone is not asking for upgrade. Only issue is when I activate Hotspot, Signal bar gets "!" icon and data stops working. Any suggestion ?

    Issue resolved for Hotspot.. On Phone data stops working once Hotspot activated but with WiFi on other devices internet connectivity stays superb

    Don't import Verizon Moto E 2nd Gen as now it comes with LP 5.1 pre-updated...

    I have a new update that if Rge sim activated on foreign handset like sprint lg tribute or sprint htc desire 510 then it works with data on Verizon moto E2 on android lollipop 5.1, can anybody check and confirm.

    I have a TATA indicom Walky with 10-digit mobile number. Like any other device, this has worn out after many years (of abandonment).

    Is it possible to port my mobile-like number to some other network? If not, is it possible to port it to some other device within the same network? How to do it?

    From the page http://www.tatateleservices.com/customer-service.aspx, none of the numbers except 9243012345 worked. They answered the call and said "It's GSM department. Please call 12524 for CDMA-related queries." But the battery is down.

    I'm located in a small town (Sringeri) in Karnataka. There's no customer care center nearby. All retailers have dropped dealing TATA telecom businesses here.

    If your device supports sms option then try to send sms "PORT to 1900 and see if you recieve porting code. If your device battery is down and not charging then pl use powerbank with suitable data cable.

    I bought lg g stylo cdma boost mobile through ishopinternational. Call, sms & data working out of box with precut RECRUC06 series microsim. Wifi hotspot and GSM option still not working.

    How much did you shell out for it?

    Approximately 170 us $ plus 30% of the value charged by Ishopinternational including shipping charges.

    Can the T-Mobile variant HTC M8 unlocked for RCDMA? I believe all the variants have similar hardware.

    T-Mobile is gsm service , it will not work on reliance cdma.

    Hello good people. I am going to purchase a LG G2 LS980 (Sprint Locked) for using in my country for CDMA network only. I am currently using HTC Desire 600c (609d) dual SIM (CDMA+GSM). Now I want to use only CDMA network which uses RUIM (Picture attached) which runs on CDMA 2000 1x EV-DO Rev.A 800 MHz. Will I be able to use LG G2 LS980 (http://www.ebay.com/itm/NEW-LG-G2-LS980-BLACK-4G-LTE-32GB-ANDROID-SMARTPHONE-SPRINT-GSM-CDMA-/111729098694?hash=item1a0392bfc6#shpCntId) right out of the box without any unlocking or mod? Many thanks in advance. :)

    Sprint LG G2 works perfectly fine on ruim , there is full post on how to make it work, search our forum.

    It's better if you drop the idea of upgrading it to 5.1

    Boost activation is required to unlock WiFi hotspot option.

    Have you been able to unlock WiFi hotspot, in my case only GSM option activated, WiFi hotspot still not working. It's giving msg that you are not subscribed to service.

    I just unlocked two moto e with boost online activation process , CDMA hotspot also get unlocked. While activating you need to select plan with unlimited access , there is per day unlimited plan of 3.xx $ select that and you will get fully unlocked phone .

    Still in my case all cdma Sim didn't work.

    I think only precut microsim and Nano sim with micro adaptor of RECRUC06 series works for call, SMS and data.

    You can do at least partial activation by following the link below and after that connection your handset over WiFi. Under the settings you will find option of activate the device.

    Can anyone confirm whether calls+text+data(3G) works flawlessly in boost Moto E on Gsm mode?

    On GSM 3g data not working on boost Moto E only 2g data working,

    Maximum speed on speed test was 0.1 mbps upload and download. While same sim on Moto razr m provided speed of 2.8 mbps download and 0.8 mbps upload. Signal bar continuously shows 3g.
