    Folks, I haven't gotten Android 5.1 Moto E to work on Reliance with EVDO data.

    Kapil Matey is the only one I know who claims he has Moto E XT1528 (Verizon) working with EVDO data with Android 5.1 on Reliance.

    Please reach out to him if you need help. Thanks.

    Mod the sim means

    set PrefMobileIP in

    DFS => Programming => Mobile IP Section

    Mod the SIM is manually cut the SIM card as it is not a preCut SIM.

    so guys what is the status of verizon moto E XT1528 with 5.1 ?? will calls/sms/data work on cdma??

    Simple solution make Reliance CDMA worked on Verizon Moto E XT1528 Android 5.1 call/text/data on Reliance CDMA

    1.Buy RGE Sim Card

    2.Mod The Sim

    3.Put APN (net)

    4.Done.

    100% Working.

    Thank you Kapil for the feedback. A couple of comments.

    1) Can you please confirm it is 3G EVDO / CDMA (3G1x) High Speed Data and not 2G data?

    2) Can you please elaborate on Steps 2 and 3. What does "Mod The Sim" mean? Can you provide details for "Put APN"? What were the settings and what did you modify to make it work?

    Dont root with this app. Device will be soft brick and no stock rom available currently . i am stuck with this

    it wont brick,if you tried to edit apk for handsfree removal then it will brick..

    king root is the best, as it has unroot also. Install "kingroot" and uninstalled "com.qualcomm.qcrilmsgtunnel". Do at your own risk. Be careful you must unroot before restart this tribute 2.

    Will LG Tribute -Virgin version also work here with Reliance. Can we get SPC for the same.

    Please correct me if I am wrong. I had entred value but it didn't work.

    Hi All,

    There is another easy method of reading SPC/MSL without using the ting method.

    For this you need CDMA workshop. I'm using CDMa workshop 2.7 cracked version.

    • Open the CDMA Workshop program.
    • Once on the MAIN tab, click the PORT button. From this popup, note the COM port your phone is on. Close the popup window.
    • Select the COM port your phone is on from the upper right select menu on the MAIN tab under COM Settings .
    • Click the CONNECT button.
    • After you connect, the phone verifies the connection at the bottom of the CDMA Workshop program.
    • Click the READ tab next to CONNECT/DISCONNECT button on the Main tab.
    • Your phone's unique information populates the left side of the CDMA Workshop program.
    • Change to the SECURITY tab, and click the select SPC/User Lock on the bottom right and choose LG Method.
    • Click read button and the number that pops up in the window is your 6-digit MSL code.

    after doing all these changes if anyone isnt able to get data on lg tribute,

    get qpst nv backup file from a untouched lg tribute,

    write it to your lg tribute , and then follow these reliance settings

    MCC = 404

    MNC= 00

    NAI = net

    HA password = net

    AAA password = net

    T. Nai = net

    Simple IP

    PPP username and password = net

    do this chnages on nv mode

    chnage to ruim only and insert reliance sim

    you will get data

    please provide Qpst nv backup file from a untouched lg tribute.....

    Guys, any updates on how to find SPC on 4.4.4?

    Just saw an ad on OLX-Mumbai regarding LG-Tribute sale, with EVDO-Rev Band without any handsfree activation error and working hotspot. It indicates that it can be rooted. We may have to do some work on it OR XDA may help.

    there is no hotsopt in LG tribute....

    There is, its just need to enabled I guess
