Yes. Maybe coz PPO is the only one which is ambiguous in custom duties and does not provide any proof of payment. All other services provide a proper receipt and BOE.

Send an e-mail to support@ppobox.com They`ll confirm, if it was delivered or not. Ya I did it already and even to Sanjay but no confirmation yet. I even tried calling the NewYork phone number but they were not ready to help. And no one picks up the mumbai number. It was delivered to someone named KUNIYL by UPS in their office. If PPO is declining receiving the package, force them to show proofs and have them send you a written and signed declaration which states that they haven't received the package. Also tell them that if they refuse, you'll seek legal help. Ask the seller to send you the picture of the shipping bill he / she received when booking the shipment.

PPObox is now asking the original invoice along with Payment proof and Transaction Id as well..

In how many days(from their US hub to India)? and are they demanding any of those authorization letters, proofs & original invoices?. One of my packages took 10 days. Their local delivery is bad. They only ask for original invoice..

Why don`t you get your shipment directly from their hub in Bangalore? Aramex local service is very poor in Chennai. I always collect my SnS shipments directly from hub in Chennai. It helps that their hub is only a couple of miles from my place Yep, thinking of doing that only. Do they remain open on Sundays? Else will go tomorrow.

I am having issues with SnS. One of my package is showing status as "Received at Bangalore main office" since 25th Dec. However, no delivery yet :-( I called up the Aramex office couple of times as well as SnS person Hassan. Every time I get a vague answer like we have informed operations, it will be delivered in 24 hours, etc... I even raised online request on SnS webpage but no solution. Is there anywhere else I can call/send mail to raise a complaint and get it delivered?? Need advice...

HSG is same as comGateway but is linked to your PayPal directly. One of the members st_7 posted his experience few posts earlier and it was not good. Maybe wait for sometime till this mess is cleared. Even SnS packages are getting delayed...

I hope we don't see the same problem as happened in August:-(
