A VERY INTERESTING ARTICLE ... ONE MUST READ There are several major publishing groups in India , the most prominent among them being the Times of India Group, the Indian Express Group, the Hindustan Times Group, The Hindu group, the Anandabazar Patrika Group, the Eenadu Group, the Malayalam Manorama Group, the Mathrubhumi group, the Sahara group, the Bhaskar group, and the Dainik Jagran group. Let us see the ownership of different media agencies. NDTV: A very popular TV news media is funded by Gospels of Charity in Spain Supports Communism. Recently it has developed a soft corner towards Pakistan because Pakistan President has allowed only this channel to be aired in Pakistan . Indian CEO Prannoy Roy is co-brother of Prakash Karat, General Secretary of the Communist party of India . His wife and Brinda Karat are sisters. India Today which used to be the only national weekly who supported BJP is now bought by NDTV!! Since then the tone has changed drastically and turned into Hindu bashing. CNN-IBN: This is 100 percent funded by Southern Baptist Church with its branches in all over the world with HQ in US. The Church annually allocates $800 million for promotion of its channel. Its Indian head is Rajdeep Sardesai and his wife Sagarika Ghosh. Times group list: Times Of India , Mid-Day, Nav-Bharth Times, Stardust, Femina, Vijay Times, Vijaya Karnataka, Times now (24- hour news channel) and many more.. Times Group is owned by Bennet & Coleman. 'World Christian Council¢ does 80 percent of the Funding, and an Englishman and an Italian equally share balance 20 percent. The Italian Robertio Mindo is a close relative of Sonia Gandhi. Star TV: It is run by an Australian, who is supported by St. Peters Pontifical Church Melbourne Hindustan Times: Owned by Birla Group, but hands have changed since Shobana Bhartiya took over. Presently it is working in Collaboration with Times Group. The Hindu: English daily, started over 125 years has been recently taken over by Joshua Society, Berne , Switzerland . N.Ram's wife is a Swiss national. Indian Express: Divided into two groups. The Indian Express and new Indian Express (southern edition) ACTS Christian Ministries have major stake in the Indian Express and latter is still with the Indian counterpart. Eeenadu: Still to date controlled by an Indian named Ramoji Rao. Ramoji Rao is connected with film industry and owns a huge studio in Andhra Pradesh . Andhra Jyothi: The Muslim party of Hyderabad known as MIM along with a Congress Minister has purchased this Telugu daily very recently. The Statesman: It is controlled by Communist Party of India. Kairali TV: It is controlled by Communist party of India (Marxist) Mathrubhoomi: Leaders of Muslim League and Communist leaders have major investment. Asian Age and Deccan Chronicle: Is owned by a Saudi Arabian Company with its chief Editor M.J. Akbar. Gujrat riots which took place in 2002 where Hindus were burnt alive, Rajdeep Sardesai and Bharkha Dutt working for NDTV at that time got around 5 Million Dollars from Saudi Arabia to cover only Muslim victims which they did very faithfully. Not a single Hindu family was interviewed or shown on TV whose near and dear ones had been burnt alive, it is reported. Tarun Tejpal of < <http://tehelka.com/>Tehelka.com regularly gets flat check from Arab countries to target BJP and Hindus only, it is said. The ownership explains the control of media in India by foreigners. The result is obvious.

Bsnl Wasting Public Money- A Loss Of Whopping Rs 794 Crore
kshah replied to coolrajiv's topic in Indian Telecom / General News
But CAG always keeps mum over private companies stalling BSNL / MTNL expansion or diversification plans and related tenders challanged in courts and it takes 2-3 years before they get justice. BSNL is doing great service of nation by providing affordable telephony all over India and 794 crore is a small amount for such a huge company. CAG babus may be deviding it with their salary and hence finding it too big. -

Is There Any Good Pda Cdma Phone Other Than 6700 ?
kshah replied to harismahesh's topic in Other handsets
Conquer is very old PDA, 6600, so dont even now consider it. 6700 is far better. 6800, if you get it or if u can convert to RUIM, could be better bet and you can also consider palm treo 700P or 755P if you like palm OS. Treo you have to import from US. Treo 700P has superb battery life, excellent network performance. Very stable OS with almost all features of WM5 / WM6. Except glamorous today screens and user interfaces. And ofcourse outdated web browser. WM5 internet explorer is way ahead on PALM blazer browser (almost 4 years no update). Frankly, I found PALM os far more better than WM5 / WM6 -
I have one original and one extended battery, both are hardly used. PM me if any one wants it.

But will BSNL offer EVDO every where? If they can I am sure they will revolutionize mobile data. The way they made cable broadband affordable.

Videocon Picks Cdma For Telecom Rollout
kshah replied to Arun's topic in Indian Telecom / General News
CDMA is good only if they have open handsets like GSM. Else its sheer waste of money. Do you know in CDMA, net settings are always in handset not in RUIM. Where as in GSM nothing on handset, every thing on SIM. -
http://www.rcom.co.in/Communications/rcom/...rd_2130_usb.zip It seems you have not checked reliance site.

Updated: 3G Auction completed after 34 days of bidding
kshah replied to Arun's topic in Indian Telecom / General News
infact in CDMA 3G can be introduced even in 800 mhz. Private operators (TATA and RELIANCE) are just trying to get more spectrum. Now its 450 Mhz. It is superior than any other frequency but why waste time? -
Will Reliance Shift From Cdma To Gsm?
kshah replied to suvirajshetty's topic in Reliance Communications
No they will never. coz CDMA is superior technology, it can offer better prices thru CDMA. -
I think nokia and SE will keep on pushing symbian as symbian too is open source. But might of google more than a might it is fear of google is bigger. Moto could not succeed in Linux coz it tried to make it like non open source and had lot many bugs. Chinese who cares? do they pay royalty to MS? There are many unknown WM6 manufacturer who never pays any fees to any one.

Virgin Mobile Is Here For The Youth, Courtesy Tata
kshah replied to Arun's topic in Other Network / Cellular Providers
Why tata will give sim replacement? or there will not be any cross compatibility of handsets. Both are different service providers only thing is virgin is using tata network. This model is widely used in US. -
google will surely try to break monopoly of MS. MacOS with its stupid initial policy probably will not survive longer. http://www.openhandsetalliance.com/oha_members.html shows that sony and nokia are not there means it will pitch itself against Symbian too.
-
camera seems to be good. better than any available CDMA, perhaps
-
what language is used by ADISA and OMPLONK? I forgot rules of forum but english / hinglish should be only allowed languages.

How about doing some soldering? 1. Get some heat shrinkable PVC tubes of good quality from market. One may get it in Industrial electrical store. Buy thinner variety for wrapping battery. 2. Assuming battery and its circuit is saperated. 3. Wrap battery in thin heat shrinkable tube. Shrink tube. 4. Solder battery and circuit using thin wires. Do not use too thinner wires as it will cause voltage drop and hence lower battery life. Best way would be to use copper strip. Strips can be again insulated with thin shrink tubes. THin because it saves space. 5. Place circuit at suitable place so that space is saves some where. 6. Take 2 mm (or necessary thickness) thick card boards or plastic sheet and make necessary gap required for SIM socket accomodation (Rectangular cut) 7. Stick contacts of battery exactly at same location of original battery. You can use cynoacrylite adhesives (FeviQuick) 8. Assemble whole thing in heat shrikable tube again and shrink tube to make built battery. I have a belief that instead of doing all this going to FRP molder and getting FRP cover made would be much easier because playing with batteries need lots of patience and also sharp edge will damage thin battery housings. You may need to buy both side gummed paper tapes available at good stationary stores / auto accessories shop. Do not use foam tapes as they are thicker. Battery fabrication is difficult job. BTW how they have done in GSM? is location of SIM same? How much space is recovered from housing? Housing must be atleast 0.6-0.8 mm thich and there must be space of about 0.5 mm between housing and PCB. So I think one may not need more than 1 mm space on battery. Some measurement job will help to decide what to do. If you remember 6700, SIM socket was not protruding from about 0.8 mm thick cover, though SIM socket was 2 mm thick. I phone can afford to give circuit on board because I think batteries are not user replacible.
