Yes, I am not against reliance. I am warning you for nokia service policies for CDMA. My 6155 body change (Only upper flap) took more than 4 weeks and Rs. 1300. Its too much of money and time both. Infact I really like reliance network quality. Better than any GSM.

they are not PDA, just a phone with touch screen, some times handwriting recognition etc. Also because of touch screen they give few icons to calender and contact and are called PDA. OS is all properietory. In most cases they are not even java enabled. Phone book memory is limited to max 1000 entries. Memory cards are used for storage pf photos and music only. Dont get misguided.

3125 is no more available. If you are ready for 30 days for smallest of repairing then only buy NOKIA. It has worst service policies for CDMA.

Built in browser is just a basic browser good for text only browsing. Also there are very few good browser available for PALM OS. However Opera Mini is excellent browser. It could be because of WM6 and RIL (Radio interface layer) properties. I will suggest you to first flash your phone with original radio and WM5 rom and see if it works.

Right now no GSM operator is 100% indian. BSNL, Reliance and Tata are the only companies owned by Indian 100%. Hence all operators with foreign equity will try to hurdle entry of ALL INDIAN company. Reliance, tata and BSNL, even if they wish to join existing GSM gang they will not be allowed.

It is infact hardware + software limitation. You can not record even in Windows mobile too. Symbian and palm yes. And for this reason only I switched to PALM treo 700p

Thanks for help, but Not this. Let me explain Right now I have Outlook configured for POP access. All mails from all accounts are delivered to 1 in box. (I have 3 mail accounts, of which 2 are important and active, one is from ISP, which I use for useless purposes) When I change my 2 accounts to IMAP, it creates its own folder structures and different mail delivery data files and locations. So Now I have 3 inboxes. Which is making things complicated for me. I want all mails be delivered to one inbox, even if its is IMAP. Is it possible with outlook?

If I go for skype phone will it work for other VOIP services? I really do not want locked or pre configured handset, which can not be used for other sevices later.

Either battery is faulty or charger is faulty or wrong battery model. If u put BR serie battery instead of BL serie than this can happen

You need every thing of phone, PDA and Ipod. Which is not possible. If you really want a solution then go for PPC 6700 (Available across this forum too), go for a spare battery or two. Cradle will charge your spare battery. PPC do not have limitations of SMS storage. I stored more than 4000 SMS. Battery will allow you to keep on SMSing and QUERTY keybard will make it even faster. Certain softwares can automate process of sending SMS too. There are couple of handset in GSM which can give what you want.

If you do not want to do it natively than I will suggest to do as follow: 1. Buy USB MP3 / MP4 player with microphone input 2. Take handsfree kit of Nokia any other handset (Based on your handset ofcourse) 3. Connect small microphone to USB player. On microphone, make small attachment where one ear bud is placed in close proximity of microphone. Now when ever you get a phone call, switch on recording on USB drive. I have done this before I bought Treo 700P for this reason only. I was working very well but some times I was used to forget to switch on USB drive and you have to learn how to live with delay s.

I used GSM BB for a day. Its so pathatic OS. I will prefer Palm over BB RIM.
