AIRCEL/MTS/RCOM/TATA/TELENOR future of these operators not known

Many Rcom stores have been closed, there voice & chat customer care support is stopped.
I am not sure if they are going to shutdown or simply its rumor!
Have heard the same from many people , hence worried .
Now in a big confusion to port , to which operator.
Already have Vodafone ( so idea is out of choice )
BSNL is also not reliable ( my current Voda was ported from BSNL
)
Jio no coverage at my place.
Only option left is Airtel ( Telenor will be merged with airtel I guess )

is there any calling benefits included in 786 ? But Rcom 4g / 3g network is not dependable ! Its coverage is worst beyond Kalyan ( in MH circle ) idea MH is offering me 1gb 3g/4g + 9gb 4g only data ( total 10gb data ) on recharge of 97 for 28 days

For 97 I am getting 1gb/day 4g for 21 days by dialling *129# in Mumbai circle

That's the same thing happened with me. I had 4g lite balance of 920 mb ,but wen my main data got over they charged me 10Rs for usage. Now I have removed Rcom sim

I tried many times to port my main number to TATA CDMA but the guys refuse to accept port in request saying they have stopped services of CDMA in Mumbai

Anybody recharged with 152 which gives U/L calling to all networks & 1 GB 4g data.
Many people are saying after recharging with this pack their outgoing stops working is this true ???
