  1. No i didn't get that money which was charged. U can see what reliance has replied in the sms image which i hav attached earlier. If i send sms 'MBAL' to 55333 it shows no data balance available.after using data i check my balance to confirm data pack is active or not thats the only way to make sure we dont get charged heavily from main balance

    There was a handset bundle offer which mentioned that if i insert my

    Reliance CDMA in Huawei Honor Holly 2 Plus i will get 3 months

    UNLimited data. But i have not received unlimited data for second month till now.

    Thanks a lot Vicky... To whom you have written the email. Is it in appellate authority or only to Customer care. Did you get back the main balance which was wrongly charged?

    When I went yesterday the Reliance touch point fill up the details on the form as like mentioned you in 2nd email. They have taken resolution to be made in 2 days, but today morning got reply from Reliance that as per SR No 244482431 has been resolved.Kindly provide the MEID and recreate the SR thanks. I don't know what went wrong. I created a new SR no , don't know when it will be resolved. Please provide the concern email id , would be benefited for all

  4. @disney U r correct. Yesterday i wrote a mail to : customercare@relianceada.com and got the below reply

    Dear Mr. Vicky,

    We have gone through your e-mail dated March 24, 2016 for your Reliance number and regret the inconvenience caused.

    Kindly note that as per offer, free data will be credited every month for 3 months from the date of activation in your account. Minimum recharge of Rs. 50/- has to be done to get the benefit from 2nd month onwards.

    Hence, we request you to recharge your account with Rs.50/- or more (talktime recharge) to continue avail data benefit.

    Further, if you have any concern, kindly write to us.

    But friends yesterday i recharged for rs.50 but still data pack is not active.

    My Relaince CDMA data pack is longer active. yesterday my main balance was completely used up. today i called customer care they said there is no data pack active on your number thats y main balance got deducted. I told them that i had the offer of 3 months unlimited data handset bundle offer data, Customer care simply told there is no such pack active , the first month data was of your FRC , he said. Guys help me now what should i do to avail the next 2 months unlimited data offer

    I am using some launcher , it locks my apps. I agreed many apps locker are not working.

    Have you tried with Nova Premium

    Even for me no app locker is working. its because of the android version i guess.

    Can you tell me the name of the Launcher u are using Abhi11 ? Does Nova premuim has lock app feature ? is it a paid app or free app ?


  7. I received the OTA update . after update no major changes observed. Touch is a big issue . EVDO data speed is worst while travelling in train / home / office. only at very places i get full evdo signal and speed is some what better. any body tried using third party launcher like go launcher or something else ??


  8. Friends Today i visited a reliance store in santacruz for RGE series Diamond Sim he sad it would cost Rs.1000 i was shocked. He said u pay now & i will give sim on monday morning , Thought of going to Byculla store , since i waas tired i cancelled that visit finally coming back home i visited Reliance store at my place , she told she does not have RGE series sim and said it was only for Foreign handsets and they never sell that sim at their store. Finally reached home and checked this forum for any updates from other members. on page 8 few members said that data is working on REC Sim so i switched off my Huawei Honor Holly 2 Plus and inserted RELiance CDMA in first slot and made Data connection ON . To my surprise data got connected and started receiving Watsapp messages. :)

    But on EVDO network i am receiving only 2 Bars :(
