[help] How To Connect Cdma N6235 With Usb Interface To Microcontroller Using Ic From Atmel

hello buddy, i need help in my project design!!

my project was to control some devices etc.: relay and display board! i want to use my handphone 6235 bassically it's using at command, then i want to download and convert to assembly code to microcontroller by atmel!! but i don't know how the 6235 communicate with microcontroller b'cos its use usb interface!!

please somebody help me through the design of interface or atmel microcontroller!! thankzz...
