Use Pc Internet On Cdma Brew Supported Phone ?

Hi,

I want to access pc internet on cdma brew enabled phone to test the application I developed..

Can any on pls pls tell me the phone model, which can do this.

I have Motorola RAZR V3M, can I use pc internet on this phone

or pls pls suggest the phones modeles on which I can access pc internet using cable or bluetooth etc.
