Netconnect For Htc S720

Please explain the procedure to use Netconnect on S720 using normal netconnect connection as we do in case of Nokia & LG handsets.

My hndset is supports intenet sharing but using it I am not getting proper response for surfing on PC.

Pls expalin the procedure to install HTC S720 Modem.

Wat r u using to connect to d comp(USB or Bluetooth)?

If USB den install the software cd given wit d phone n den connect d comp n phone wit d USB cable n den click connect on internet sharing screen....u will c some hardware getting losded on its own....let it get load n den u will c connected written on d top of d internet sharing screen.dats it u r ready to surf on ur comp.

If bluetooth den first go to d internet sharing screen on ur phone n den click connect.it will show connected n some thing(i exactly dony remeber it)n den go to ur bluetooth device screen on ur comp.search for ur phone.wen it is detected den click on "Network Access Point".Voila u have connected ur cell.Its a little difficult but one can do it.

i would suggest u to stick wit usb only as d speed doesnt fluctuates as i have seen dat d speed fluctuates wen one connects wit bluetooth.Happy surfing

I am using USB Cable connection.

Using Internet sharing it works fine but due to some proxy settings and so some pages do not open fine.

Even in some cases it asks to connect and when I click on Connect it gives the option to dial my old connections (Nokia 6275).

Actually I want to surf net using S720 as modem, I want to avoid intenet sharing, and use it as normal dial up connection.

Boss its normal dial up only.Go to settings in there to connections.Go to dial up n click new.Put ur number without any Zero in front n even d password should be ur number only n den if u want den put any website name in it.Dats it u have created a normal dial up connection.now whenever u go to internet sharing u will c 2 options in it.Slect whichever one u want n den use it.Hope this solves ur query.
