I am tryin to install the USB cable into WIndows XP .. but it says " USB Device not recognised " when i plug it in.. tried in different ports too.. I have downloaded the latest driver from reliance website and did exactly the same steps suggested.. but still i dont know why this is happening.. Anyone else had this problem?? anujit 0 Report post Posted December 25, 2004 No reason why it shouldnt work.... of course no one buys from bazee because those cables are ridiculously overpriced there! The cable should work though. Why don't you download the phone's Contact Manager software from Samsung's website and try and install that... see if that works. Also RConnect v2.0 has a detailed help on how to uninstall old drivers. Make sure you have removed any traces of your old drivers before installing Samsung's Contact Manager software (although I'm sure its not called Contact Manager)!
