Reliance Netconnect Postpaid Bill Plan Problem

Dear Rimwebians

I have purchased new netconnect + postpaid connection from reliance representative on 19/3, at the time of purchase representative gave me below plan

8GB DAY/ 15 GB NIGHT in Rs.500/- Rental wid 3.1 mbps

But later in evening when I checked speed , I am shocked to see speed of around 0.10 MBPS only, immediately I called up that guy to

check the issue. He assured me speed issue rectify within a day or two. After two days , this person stop attending my calls. Late on I

came to know thru customer care my plan is speed based plan wid speed limit of 256 kbps.

I immediately lodged complaint wid customer service against this person and assured me that they will take action against him. Also they offered me to opt high rental plan for speed related issues.

But I feel cheated and helpless.

This is my request you to all, please check bill plan carefully before purchasing any device.

Further to above, have lodged complaint at PGPORTAL after that reliance retention team now offered me 5 GB DAY AND 5 GB NIGHT plan in INR 500/- with 3.1 MBPS Speed.
