if you're on lollipop and you've unlocked device, go to dialer and dial this *#*#4636#*#* and in phone information choose , WCDMA preffered mode . as it's set on cdma , by default and there is no menu to choose gsm from network settings ... or you can update prl and then it may avaliable in network settings too

i'm also getting error on sim unlocker . and can't find any solution for that and if you want diag , you must dial ##3424# on phone

you dont need that. if you have recovery. go in it , then choose advanced>mount and check system, then choose file manager and go to system>app and delete htcsetupwizard.apk or just wait 10-15 minutes after it starts up and then you can access phone , without activating

Hello guys so i've got sprint htc desire 510 and want to unlock for gsm networks is there any way to do that? don't know if i've done step 5 correctly, because 2-3 times i did it and freezed , while i was getting vdm stopped error . now simunlockhepler doesn't open anything so what to do?

There is no need for S-off . I've unlocked ,while my phone was(and is) S-on. install any 4.4.4 rom from insertcoin and you're ready to go

Guys first you should install custom rom . insertcoin rom worked for me like a charm here is link http://insertcoin-roms.org/category/devices/onem8/ don't know anything on lollipo rom , but it worked on 4.4.4 so install kitkat and do that , after that you can update to lollipop

it doesn't work in europe , don't know about asia . it only have 25,26,41 lte bands and in europe we need 3,20
