Reliance dial up Internet without getting a phone/connection from Reliance doesn't make sense. If it is R-Connect (dial up ofcourse), then there should be a phone/connection from Reliance. And unlimited data transfer for Rs.550 per month doesn't fall in R-Connect tariff anyway.

Is the COM1 and COM2 port used by any other devices or is it open ? If then, change your USB cable from COM11 to COM1 or COM2. Search in the forum if you want to know how to change the ports as it has been posted before.
