No, you cannot download and transfer them to your handset using Reliance WAP browser (jBrowser). Reliance does not support such service (like Airtels GPRS).

In RD 2030, it is still available. It does not have any submenu, but instead the Ringtone application (which was earlier names as Exclusive ringtones) opens up directly. Its working fine. In RD 5130 (and in most color handsets), the menu seems to be messed up as the Ringtones application seems to be missing.

It will be tough finding a second hand post paid LG RD 2030 since most of the handsets available in the second hand market will be prepaid ones only, you can't convert it into post paid either. Well, you have to make sure that with your seller only, or else you'll be screwed ofcourse ! Yes, it will be difficult to find a trusted person selling a legimate n191 post paid handset. New handsets of Samsung SCH-N191 are not available anymore, so you will have to get hold of a second hand one. Color handsets are better in speed as per the opinion of many who used both color and b/w handsets. Anyway, LG RD 2030 will be fine enough. I don't recommend you to buy LG RD 2130 at all, if you are going to use it for browsing only.

Thats right, they have removed it from the Messaging menu and also did some chages to some other menus too today. So when you reset it (it will also get reset automatically), it will be gone and Favourites isn't available anymore in R-World. So no chance unless the bring it back

nah, you can't use RIM (CDMA) with Reliance GSM network. Both use entirely different technologies.

They already have interconnectivity agreements which will let you receive and make calls, send SMS to and from both networks.

That link seems to have expired, so no luck there. Anyway, I found a FREE convertor software ( http://downloads.mikekohn.net/ringtonetool...etools-2.23.zip ) I was able to convert rtttl to sckl format (read the manual at http://www.mikekohn.net/help.php first)
