  1. Rcom going to shutdown ??

My number's been ported to Jio and RCOM is still sending me a bill...hah !
  2. Rcom going to shutdown ??

I heard about it. But a couple of issues I find with it are : its only available on app ( no web version ), plus NEFT and RTGS aren't there I think, not sure though.
  3. Rcom going to shutdown ??

Reliance Communications posts Rs 2,709 crore loss in September quarter https://economictimes.indiatimes.com/markets/stocks/earnings/reliance-communications-posts-rs-2709-crore-loss-in-september-quarter/articleshow/61609806.cms
  4. Rcom going to shutdown ??

Ported successfully to Jio. 7 days flat. Fantastic customer service. didn't even have to go to the store. Booked the appointment online for my home, jio cce came, did ekyc with his phone. Jio kept sending messages till the porting, keeping me aware of everything. Also, where I live in Delhi, the Airtel connection is very bad ( was thinking of porting to airtel initially ) and Jio connection is really good. Jio seems to have improved quite a lot since their launch days.
  5. Rcom going to shutdown ??

One big benefit with Airtel Postpaid is the data rollover plan. Unused data is added to next month's data. I don't think Jio or Vodafone/Idea offer rollovers, mostly they just forfeit the data at the end of the billing cycle.
  6. Rcom going to shutdown ??

Confirmed from Delhi circle 4G postpaid.. Got a port out for 4G sim, today. Confused b/w Jio & Airtel.
  7. Rcom going to shutdown ??

Reliance 4G Postpaid _ Delhi. No UPC as of now. It seems that Jio might buy out the entire 4g consumer business.
  8. Rcom going to shutdown ??

I was told that shutting down the 2G service means stopping 2G activations and discontinuing current 2G connections. However, the 2G networking for 4G customers to fall back on for voice has got nothing to do with license & spectrum discontinuation. So the 2G switching for voice for 4G customers would still work for $G customers. Is that true ? PS : On a similar note, I am thinking that the entire 4G setup would be sold off to Jio at a discount. Let's see though, whether it comes true or not.
